(Keep in mind I am a well insured patient paying any co-pays up front) Watch out for this place if you are a new patient. They first schedule you in without any details, but then tell you when you are there you will not be seeing a doctor, but rather a physicians assistant and you have to pay up front before you get to find out how incompetent she is. This message is delivered to you at the front counter by a team of wretched mannered females (and I am being quite polite in that description) whos very presence there makes you question this practice and its decision making abilities in the first place. The physician assistant could not come to a conclusion of what the rash on my neck and shoulders was about and I would not doubt that while I was in the examination room, she was probably on Google looking up the symptoms and possible cause so as to know what the hell to say when she came in to see me. You have one life to live people!!! On your deathbed are you honestly going to be happy with yourselves looking back at what you were known for doing as a profession? Only you can answer that. I only gave a star because there wasnt an option to NOT give any. I know they do Botox and other garbage like that so I cant say how professional they are at that, but as far as professionalism in the first place, I wouldnt try any of their other services even if they were free. On another note they are quick to schedule you for a follow up appointment after such poor service and in the back of your mind while checking out, you are thinking of other options if your problems continue just because of how bad this place was, that you say "well Im not sure what my schedule is gonna be like so I dont want to commit to a follow up just yet. Is there any penalization if I commit and cant make it somehow?" The receptionist says "No." Seeing how they never gained my trust in the first place I had to reinforce what I had asked to give her another chance. " So you guys wont charge me any kind of fee if I cant make the follow up appointment?" Then of course the girl hesitates and says well...ummm we could charge you $25 but if you constantly do that its basically at our discretion" Way to put the cherry on the top of you already horrible service by trying to con and lie to me on the way out about a follow up visit. Man! I love the internet nowadays because people can actually tell others what the hell actually happens in particular places. First trip to a dermatologist and hopefully the last after this annoying rash. I could have diagnosed myself better through the internet. Its a shame that you have to go through a doctor for simple antidotes nowadays. Things need to change...SERIOUSLY AND SOON.

Checking in and wait time was very good. I had a serious rash or some sort of allergic reaction. I actually went to the emergency room prior to my appointment as my leg was swollen from an infection from the rash. When i called ahead i explained that the e r had given me steroids to calm the rash and that it might be mostly healed by the time i was able to be seen. The staff told me to take pictures. Unfortunately my rash was back by my appoi tment. It was not as bad, she barely looked at pictures and i still had great concern by the fact that i completed the round of steroids and the rash still returned. I was rushed through the visit also. I still have no idea what is causing this to happen. She suggested that the circulation in my lower legs was bad. I walk at least 2 miles every day so that clearly is not the problem. I had to pay 47.00 for more creams and another round of steroids. I feel i should have been given suggestions on how to prevent the rash from returning. Loading me up with toxic chemicals to treat what might have been prevented is not a solution for me. My first clue was the advertisement for botox in the lobby and bathroom. I agree with other party stating they cater to botox users. Botox is also a poison. Not what i look for in my healthcare.

Will not be returning here. Wasted a $40 copay to have a longer wait time than I was actually seen in the office. She was not interested in my health at all, and instead of initiating the check-up, I had to show her my areas of concern. I dont pay expensive premiums and deductables to do your job! I needed a $100 treatment. Why couldnt they do a 5 minute zap and give me credit for wasting $40. She was more eager to get out of the room!! I think they are probably more concerned with injecting the botox needle to the youth chasers!! I was a new patient and feel that John was absolutely right in his description. I wouldnt recommend going here as a new patient!! Was NOT comfortable at all in this office!!

The staff here is beyond their capacity. Office A sends me to office B for a procedure but "A" does not request the required insurance approval. Office "B" says their hands are tied and they cant ask for the approval b/c its not their job, besides they are too busy..... Really! Im pulling the plug right now and going somewhere else. Do yourself a favor dont get involved here. They are too big for anyones good, not ours and not even theirs, they just dont know it.........yet.

I am totally shocked at the negative reviews on here. First off Isabella has been nothing but delightful to me. I was literally run over by a van 4 years ago and have a problem with one of my eyes drooping. She has always been understanding, patient and is very good at what she does. She also took care of my husbands skin review to look for skin cancer. If you are not happy with your visit SPEAK UP WHEN YOU ARE THERE. Thank you Isabella !!

Great service . PA Isabella has great bedside manner and is very sweet and thorough. She has found and removed several skin cancers off of me and my husband. The other doctors there are great too. I have never had a bad experience in this office.

Very sloppy clinic, expect 2 hours delay and extremely incompetent staff, dont risk your skin by visiting such poor low standard facility. Go there onetime and I promise you that will be your only single visit.

I Just love Dr. Bernard. He had been there a long time and every time I go he put me in a good mood and always takes care of any problems I have and explains to me very well.
