Love the doctors. They are excellent; however its the ladies in the front office they are very rude and not personable. Sorry to say its all the African American women and Im also an African American so nothing racist in this statement, just sharing the truth. They dont greet you when you come and they make you feel terrible for even having to come, like they are bothered by your presence. They dont address questions just blow you off to find out for yourself and have a look on their faces like they cant wait for you to leave. Im sceptical with them handling confidential records. They seem too judgemental to be professional. On the other hand, the doctors are attentive and very knowledgeable, the front office needs an overhaul.

Be prepared to wait between 45 minutes and an hour past your appointment to be brought back into the room. And additional 15 to 30 minutes to be seen. I traveled 40 miles from Sumter to come to Carolina dermatology only to have to have waited an hour and a half total passed my appointment to be seen. Thoroughly disappointed.

Lauren Vargo was fantastic and very thorough. I waited less than 10 min in the lobby before being seen.
