I am editing my review to share my experience with taking my wheelchair-bound mother to the practice. There are no words for how caring and compassionate and accommodating the staff was. They had to rearrange things in order to have her wheelchair fit into the room with the various eye scanners and that was all done before we went back, so that my mother didnt feel like she was in the way. So many places they shove things around and make comments, right in front of her, about trying to make her fit. This was done before they called us back, so no embarrassing big scene about fitting her in. Then for the exam room they had moved the giant exam chair (I didnt even know it COULD move!) and just worked everything right in her wheelchair. When the one piece of equipment couldnt come low enough (due to my mothers spine curvature) Dr. Cassis just smoothly went with the exam by doing it "old school" and holding up individual lenses, one at a time, to get her proper prescription. The medical exam to rule out complications from her diabetes was thorough as well. I left confident that her eye health had been completely assessed. When the time came for new glasses, the optician came into the room with a number of frames to choose and made sure to fit both style and special needs, for example, not changing the lens size too much so that there wouldnt be a big transition that could cause dizziness from the progressive bifocal sitting differently in front of her eyes. I have loved and praised this office for several years, but today literally made me cry happy tears. ...... We found this practice by happy accident a few years ago and since then I have transferred my entire familys eye care here. Dr. Cassis-I have some complicated vision/medical concerns and Dr. Cassis addresses them completely and carefully. No question or concern is too small. She will try, try again, until she finds the combination of care to give the best vision and eye care possible. Lens Shop-My young son has severe vision issues and requires a complicated and precisely measured prescription (issued by his specialist). I went to 3 optometry shops trying to get glasses and the staff did not understand the prescription. The optometry staff at N2Eyes knew exactly what was needed and took the time necessary to get the measurements on a wiggly 7 year old. They gladly do adjustments as needed to keep his glasses sitting exactly where he needs them. Dr. Overmeyer- My children love Dr. Overmeyer! She is very patient and SO thorough. She found a hidden vision issue that a "big name" practice in town had missed. Staff- This practice has the most friendly and professional staff I have seen. They need to give "how to be a friendly doctor office" classes to other medical practices.

Terrible experience! With Dr Cassis gone, this place almost cant run. We took my step daughter here for her contacts check up. The "doctor" that was there suggested a different prescription. When we got home, my step daughter realized the prescription was almost exactly the same except the eyes were flip flopped. We went back for a follow up visit and to correct the issue. The "doctor" told us that was NOT the prescription she prescribed and it was not her fault. When asked where Dr Cassis was she told us she was not there and would be back soon. We later found out she is in Canada. They refused to give my step daughter a new prescription and we were there for an hour and a half for a FOLLOW UP!!! Which landed us in the same place as we were before. Not to mention, the staff acted as if I was bothering them by asking ONE time what the status was of my step daughters appointment being over. (Keep in mind I had a 4 year old and 8 year old with me who were both ready to go). She told me "she will be done any minute". 15 mins later, they locked the door for closing and another 10 mins later, we walked out. Terrible customer service and just very unprofessional.

After being under the care of Dr. Nathalie Cassis for the past year, I can comfortably say that she and her staff have provided me unsurpassed service and care. I have a congenital corneal defect, keratoconus (KC), where the cornea is irregular and cone shaped, causing a blurred, distorted vision. Rigid Gas Permeable (RGP or GP) contact lenses are primary option for correcting KC vision and I’ve worn RGP lens for forty years. My experience with Dr. Cassis has been wonderful. She has been my wife and stepchildren’s eye doctor for ten years. I always thought that given my KC I would have to be under the care of an ophthalmologist. Nothing could be further from the truth. Dr. Cassis immediately introduced me to Scleral lenses and I began to enjoy the best vision I have ever experienced. My only regret is that I hadn’t come to Dr. Cassis years sooner. Beyond her first-rate technical expertise, Dr. Cassis and her staff make me feel like I’m under the care of a team with a unity of mission focus on my eye health and they have earned the highest rating possible.

Dr. Cassis is wonderful! If you are looking for someone who cares about you, keeps up with the latest in complete eye care, sacrifices her time to go the extra mile, and can take you at a moments notice, then look no further. Our entire family has been with her since she first opened. She helped our youngest daughter to correct a vision problem when she was very young. Dr. Cassis caught it and was able to not only help correct the problem but also enable her to no longer need glasses today. Furthermore, while we lived overseas, she always continued to help us. She was wonderful the night my husband had a severe eye problem and even with a six hour time difference she worked with us and our local doctors to help them understand what was wrong with him. She is dedicated and super! We would NEVER want to go anywhere else.

Everyone knows the importance of good vision, but not everyone is fortunate to have an optometrist who is on the cutting edge for vision care. For example, patients who need to wear contacts but they are hard to fit because of an eye disorder. I have been going to Dr. Cassis for almost ten years and when she introduce me to scleral lenses, it changed my life. To be able to see clear, it was truly a blessing. I drive a long distance to receive her service because I know that I will be provided with the best care in serving my vision needs. I highly recommend N2Eyes for anyone who wants the highest quality in eye care and service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cassis for about three years and have always had a wonderful experience. Recently, I decided to purchase a second pair of glasses and dropped by the office. Her staff was very friendly and helpful as I began to browse their selection. They helped me find a stylish frame that fit my face and was under my budget. What impressed me the most was their ability to consult me on the available options for standard versus upgraded lenses without applying the “up-sale” pressure. It was the type of customer experience I have grown accustomed to when I’m in their office, thanks Dr. Cassis!
