I was so very disappointed with service I received from this establishment. I called a week or so ago to set up a routine appointment for new patients which consisted of all four members of my family. My appointment was the first to be scheduled, 5:30 on the 12 of August, written down in my planner and put on my office calendar while on the phone with the receptionist. Only to get there at 5:15pm and the receptionist to tell me that my appointment didnt exist at all. I made my appointments for my two boys 5:00 and 5:30 on 18 August, only for the receptionist to call and leave a message to tell me that we have to reschedule my 5:00 because the Dr. wouldnt be in. Fine, I changed the appointments. I get another voice mail a couple of days later saying that my husbands appointment (5:00 on 12 Aug) needed to be changed because the Dr. wont be in that day. All I want to know is if there is any communication between the Dr. and his schedulers? Those times should have been blocked out so that appointments wouldnt be scheduled. I understand things come up, but this whole experience was very disappointing. If you are considering this establishment, check, double-check, and check again, to ensure you have appointment and that the Dr. isnt off that day... Yeah, GOOD LUCK with that!!

I have been seeing Dr. Jo and Dr. S for several years. At one point I stopped going to Brilliant due to my insurance. However over that time I realized that I had made a huge mistake. The place I had gone to the Dr. only looked at my eyes for about 10 minutes then sent me out to one of the employees to pick out glasses. The customer service this place had was awful and the fact that the doctor only spent 10 minutes with me made me sick. It was at that point Dr. Jo and Dr. S were back on my appointment calendar as soon as I could get in when I needed new glasses. My first appointment back to Brilliant in about 2 years and Dr. Jo remembered me from years prior. She spent over an 45 minutes with me and really worked hard to find the correct Rx for me. The last time I went in my eyes were giving me a fit so Dr. Jo spent almost an hour with me and asked me to come back a few days later so she could look again. I was in and out with new glasses and everything in less then an hour. They are amazing and I will never have another eye doctor look at my eyes!!

This is a very competent office of vision professionals. They have modern vision evaluation equipment (computer controlled) and though I havent purchased eyeglasses there (yet), it looks like they have a decent selection to choose from. This office also gives the patient the option to fill out all the paperwork online prior to the appointment so you arent wasting your time filling out papers when you arrive in person. Dr. Servinski is exceptional, informative, very friendly and is an expert in my eye disease. The support staff (reception, billing, techs) are also very friendly. The same faces are always there when I visit every 6 months, so it must be a good company to work for. I gladly drive almost 1.5 hours one way to have my vision tended to and to be fitted with the newest technology contact lenses.

The staff is very attentive - initially - but that seems to end once they have your money. I have received better service at optometrists where I have not made a purchase but needed a frame adjustment. The quality of there work is average at best. The may have been good in the past, but that doesnt seem to be the case today. I will make my future purchases elsewhere.

Going to Brilliant eye care every year is like going to a family reunion.You can always get a good feel from a business when the employees are still working year after year. I appreciate continuity. Everyone is courteous and professional. Although my secondary insurance is not accepted I would rather pay out of pocket than trust my eye care to anyone else.

This has been a NIGHTMARE Ive made 5 trips in to pickup my glasses to this point and still no glasses. It a different excuse/problem each trip. Im not sure why, but Ill give them one more chance to get me my glasses or well be talking refund and Ill go elsewhere. Getting tired of making trips to this place for nothing.

I feel that the customer service level has decreased a bit. They promised to call when the receive the contacts, then they dont call, second time they forget to order them. So I needed my contacts, now its been around a month and still didnt get them. Feel like I need to call them and check on my order all the time.

My fist visit to Brilliant Eye Care was a very awsome experience, doctor S was the doctor I saw. He is a very Pleasant doctor and very Knowledgable.. He is Patient and kind. I recieved excellent service in timely fashion. doctor S treats all age groups. I will definatley return next year to see him again.

Ive been a patient since I was in middle school, and Ive never had anything but fantastic service from Brilliant. From glasses to contacts to holding my hand through eye surgery to post-surgery checkups, Brilliant has always been very good to me. I cant recommend them enough.
