Dr. Wallace sent me to the emergency room because she said my optic nerves were swollen. I asked her could it wait another 2 weeks because my health insurance did not start yet. She said no it could not wait. I went to the hospital waited all day, for them only to do multiple spinal taps (they couldnt get it right the first time). only to put me on the DIAMOX which gave me all the side effects and plus other side effects that werent listed. Not only that it messed up my vision. For the record my vision was never the problem from the start. I was only going here to get a new pair of glasses. I could have waited to schedule an appointment with the doctor instead of going to the ER which now I have a 5,000.00 medical bill. I regret coming here.

Amazing service and professionalism! Dr. Wallace-Davis and her staff are extremely thorough in their exams and highly knowledgeable. The environment is clean, warm and friendly. I always feel comfortable and leave feeling great - like visiting old friends. I can honestly say, I have never been to a better Optometrists office in this area. The one I had previously for several years was not comfortable and the service ended up horrible - appointments were always late and walk-ins were allowed in the sales department which, on two occasions bumped me from being next in line and making me late in returning to work. That does not happen at Luxur-Eyes.

Dr Wallace and her staff are amazing. Ive been a patient here for about five years and the service is always extraordinary. Dr Wallace is very personable, patient, and thorough with her patients. Her staff is always willing to thoroughly answer all my questions. Scheduling an appointment is always an easy process. Customer service over the phone as well as in person are impeccable. Ive never had a bad experience here, and I recommend Luxur Eyes to any and everyone I know whenever I can.

Great office!! I was very impressed with the doctor and staff. Everyone was so friendly and wanted to help me! I decided to get contacts and the women was very patient with me to teach me how to put them in and take them out. I have finally found a optometrist office that I love and would recommend to others!! Dr. Wallace-Davis was great!

Great office. Friendly and knowledgeable doctor who really cares for each patient. She remembers details even when she only sees you once a year. Always willing to explain things if you dont understand the first time. All medical professionals should have this kind of concern for their patients!

I visited without scheduling an appointment. Im glad I didnt call ahead and give them my insurance info so I can still go elsewhere. While the store front was presentable, the staff was very rude. However, I cannot vouch for the eye doc because I never made it past the front staff.
