I had a horrible experience at Dr. Liangs office. Dr. Liang was extremely rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend Dr. Liang to anyone. My experience had nothing to do with my insurance coverage. Since I had my 6 month old baby with me I told him I wanted to pass on getting my eyes dilated that day due to not being able to see clearly and not feeling comfortable driving with my baby in the car. He then refused to do the exam on me saying I had to get my eyes dilated and that I should just leave. I told him at other eye doctors you always get the choice to pass on it. It was the way he spoke to me that really disturbed me. He couldnt even make an exception since I had my baby with me. He also made it very obvious that he was very annoyed that I had to bring my baby with me. So a heads up that Dr. Liang is extremely rude and unfriendly!

This place doesnt even deserves a single star but that was the only way I could give my review . I just want to say this was the worst experience I could have ever encountered visiting an eye doctor . I visited here with my 5 year old daughter who was excited and really looking forward to her eye exam . But unfortunately Dr Liang was extremely rude he didnt have much tolerance for children it seemed . I got my prescription and didnt bother with getting her glasses here . I refuse to ever go back and do NOT recommend this place to anyone with children .

Phoned on Mon 3/17/14 in morning for setting up routine appointment. They were able to fit me in same day! Pleasant, bright environment as soon as you walk in. Dr does a great job of making sure glasses will cover all my different activities - without me needing to bring up the topic. He made sure I understand the changes to the new prescription hes recommending.

This was the worst experience I have had at an eye doctor. The doctor was 45 mins late for my initial appointment. He was unable to get my prescription correct, did not give me a complete eye exam, and wanted to charge to get copies of my full prescription. Such a poorly ran business....chain eye doctors trump this one.

Looking for an eye doctor who will get to know you and work with you? Dr. Liang is that doctor. He listens to your concerns and really tries to understand your needs. Selection of glasses is good and glasses and contacts come quickly when ordered.
