Just went in for an eye irritation. I usually go to the one in Chesapeake which is great! These guys arent so great. The doctor couldnt figure out what was wrong with my eye. I have 2 different eye insurances and they told me that it would be a "health visit" not an eye exam so they couldnt file with my eye insurance. So, I asked why they dont file with my health insurance and they said they dont accept health insurance. How are you considered a doctor then? The one lady shook her head after trying to explain it to me like i was an idiot. Im totally shocked at how rude she was when all i was trying to do was understand. Bad experience. Sticking with the Chesapeake location from now on. At least they are respectful and if they cant figure out something, they will refer you to a doctor who can.

I had new lenses put in my frames and noticed that there are now several dents and scratches, and sections where the red paint is now chipped, precisely around the four locations where one would have to cut the filament in order to remove the lens from the frame. They said, "Theres no way that we could have scratched them. We never touch the frame to put new lenses in. I dont know who handled your glasses when you were dropping them off, but they should have noted that the frames were scratched." Great job implying the customer is lying, guys. She didnt even look to see what I was talking about and immediately absolved herself of the issue. Thanks for the lesson learned.

Hubby and I were in Saturday about 3pm.... and we both needed glasses, we had our prescriptions and we were ready. We walked in, NOT one person of the 3 ladies bothered to greet us or spoke. I spoke to them, I needed help and not one would help us. THey just sat there and pointed. This is horrible service and in case you are wondering, there was only 1 other person in there, so it was not crowded at all. SAD that you lost 2 customers and now we have to go elsewhere... and yes we have shared our experience with everyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

My glasses arrived defective (my vision got blurry every time I looked to the sides). I went there and one of the ladies tried to convince me that they were not, gave me 2 or 3 bad excuses until another lady decided to take a look at them and realized there was something wrong. I had to wait 7-10 business days to get the new ones. Went back today to get them and didnt even hear: "we are sorry for the inconvenience". I felt like I was doing them a favor. Such a bad customer service, do not recommend this place.

These guys were pretty bad. They overbooked my appointment and so it took a hour and a half instead of 30 min. The doctor doesnt really radiate confidence and ended up giving me the wrong set of contacts. And the only reason I ended up getting any contacts that worked was because they used my old prescription from my previous optometrist. So I dont really know what else I can say about these guys. They are overpriced and do poor work. But other than that they were great.

Great experience here!! Amazing staff! Didnt have to wait long at all to be taken back for my appointment and the techs and doctors are very friendly and thorough! Ordered my contacts and was told it would be 3-5 business days for them to arrive but they actually called me the very next day to let me know they were ready to be picked up!! Very happy with my visit!!!

Girls at the front desk are very friendly been going for years and always greeted with a smile. Had the frames i wanted surprisingly that I found online. Not pushy about expensive in needed upgrades so quite pleasant and if you go with a good attitude they joke around and it doesnt feel like a doctors office at all!

Awesome. A) They do my eye exams on the regular, and are great about it. B) They know I order my glasses online, and dont give me grief about it. Further, yesterday I went there with a new pair that I thought I had broken. They put a screw in, adjusted them, and wouldnt charge me. Just awesome.

Dr. Fowler was wonderful with my son! She is very friendly. She was telling me that she had previously worked with pediactric patients. It definetly showed. I would highly reccomend her, and will be bringing my other son in to see her also.

Its ok. Had to call THEM to figure out my glasses were back after 5 weeks. Dr was great but thats about it.
