I paid over $1000 to have multiple teeth filled in October and November of 2012. While flossing the next week, part of the filling fell out. I was scheduled to go back for another filling anyway so I mentioned it and said I was still having pain when I chew. I was told everything looked okay and it would all be fine, I just needed to give it time. I left on a 7 month trip out of the country and I still had frequent pain. I emailed the office and said I wanted a complementary visit when I got back in town. The Regional Manager replied and honored my request. Months later I came back to town, visited Aspen Dental, they took x-rays and decided that one filling needed to be replaced, possibly more. But they didnt have time to do it that day. I was moving the next week so I had to wait several more months for the next visit. Right after I moved I received a bill for $105 for my "complementary" visit. Another email to the Regional Manager (who passed me off to someone else) settled this. I went back to have the filling replaced in November 2013. I got a different dentist this time. He told me everything looked fine and I didnt need to have any replaced. I went to my new dentist here in my new town in August 2014 and guess which tooth I had refilled yesterday? Yep, the same one Aspen Dental did wrong. I gave them 3 chances to fix it, but less than 2 years later I paid to have it replaced. I emailed the same Aspen Dental Regional Manager that handled my other requests and asked for a refund for that filling. No response. Im not asking for a full refund for all the work I had done, but I think I deserve a refund for the faulty filling. I was in pain for months and gave Aspen Dental 3 chances to fix it but was told everything was fine. This place is a waste of time and money. It will sound like youre getting a good deal, but it will cost you more eventually.

This is an excellent location. I came to Aspen dental from a horrible experience. The previous dentist made my uppers then refused to do the surgeries together. They wanted me to do two seperate surgeries and wanted me to pay for everything cash up front. And this news came to me after the upper dentures were made and paid for. I am a senior on fixed income so that was not possible. So I paid for my upper dentures and came to Aspen Dental. You guys did my surgery (uppers & lowers at same time), accepted my uppers, made my lowers, did all fillers and followup, and financed everything for me to an affordable payment. Everyone has been so pleasant and professional. I loved the surgeon also. I would recommend Aspen Dental, Robinson location to anyone. Thank you for giving me my smile back.

I have had bad experiences with dentist in the past and so now it is really hard for me to feel comfortable with them now. But ever since I have started going to Aspen Dental, I have found a dentist that I am very comfortable with. I like the way that Dr. Cahall listens to my concerns and she tries to explain everything so that I know what she is going to be doing which makes me able to feel better.The other staff also is respectful and knowledgeable. Thanks to them my teeth dont embarrass me like they used to.

I was not a big fan of the dentist and I let them know it when I first went into their office! They were very patient and took baby steps with me. The staff always had a smile and was very reassuring and EXTREMELY capable. With every visit they were very willing to take breaks and deal with my questions and concerns. All prices were broken down and completely explained. I was able to schedule things as my finances would allow. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I go to the Aspen Dental office in Robinson every 6 months for my routine check up and cleaning. My visits run very smoothly and quickly from the nice lady checking me in to the hygienist who does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth to the dentist who lets me know if I have any cavities all the way to the office manager who consults me if there is any work that needs done. I recommend this office to all my family and friends. A truly family friendly office.

I had a one pm appointment. When I arrived, after using sick leave from my job, I was told that they were backed up and I would need to reschedule. This was the first time that I used their dental services. I am disgusted. I was rescheduled with no offer of any compensation for my lost time. I did get a mild apology that with a dollar I can get a cup of coffee. They overbook to make a lot of money and the customer is left in the cold.

I have been putting off going to dentist for years because it is about as fun as filling out tax forms. I started to get tooth pain on a Sunday. I got nervous so I was able to easily make an appointment online through ASPEN dental. I was able to print out forms from website and fill them out at home making my wait time at office very short. Dentist was very knowledgeable. Staff very friendly and excellent. No complaint.s

Set up an appointment to have a cavity filled. Showed up and waited for 30 or so minutes. Taken back and they come in look at my teeth then pull me from the chair and take me to a room. They proceed to tell me i need all this work. NOT TRUE....was at a dentist everything was done only had this small cavity. Then they ask when would i like to schedule this appt. That why I was there. No organization complete scam.

I am more than pleased with my first experience at Aspen Dental in Robinson, PA! The employees where all welcoming and very nice, and not to mention beyond helpful. I was most impressed with the Dental Assistants, especially Ciara! She helped calm my nerves and understand anything I was unsure of! I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone! Fast, easy, and very friendly staff. I didnt have to wait and the hygienist did a marvelous job. Explained the procedure and treatment I would need and was very personable. Ill be going back for my 6 month cleanings and any work I need done. If you fear going to doctors or the dentist like me, this is the place to go to ease your nerves and have a pleasant experience!

I agree with the other reviewer, the prices they quote you are very, very high. I very much enjoyed the offer of a free consult and xrays, but the quote was absolutely outrageous. I am looking to get implants done, so I expected a high price, but the number I was given was above and beyond what I consider reasonable or fair market price. Always get a second opinion.

We were in the area from Florida because our son was in the hospital. My upper denture cracked. I was afraid it would break & be unusable, so called Aspen Dental. I was able to get a fast appt., the staff was pleasant & efficient. In a little over an house my denture was repaired. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
