Was a new patient at Arguello Dentistry this morning. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I am choosing to return there to complete my treatment plan. My appointment was for 11:00 am, I arrived at 11:10 and went back by 11:40. I think the hygienists name was Carl; he wasnt super friendly but was pleasant enough and quietly worked away at x-raying and cleaning my teeth for me. Shortly afterwards Dr. Arguello came by and went over the x-rays with me. My first impression of him was that he was friendly, very kind, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done and answered all my questions without seeming like he was in a big hurry to run off somewhere else. Im no dentist, but I respected his opinion of what needed to be done with my teeth. I recently went elsewhere and the dentist was grossly trying to up-sell me into additional procedures that I did not need, and Dr. Arguello even took a look at that other dentists treatment plan and explained to me where his opinion differed. I found that very honest and helpful, as he could have easily said that he agreed and tried to add on more fillings or a root canal to my treatment plan like that other dentist did, but he did not. I will be needing to go back to this office 4 or 5 times within the next several months to complete my treatment plan, and I will update my review if my opinion of this office changes.

New patients BEWARE! As a parent to a new patient, they truly did not respect our time. I originally had a 5:00 p.m. appointment for my daughter and confirmed it through a text message from them. Later that same day, after I confirmed the appointment, I got a call to change it to an earlier time. So I agreed, contingent upon my sister filling out the paperwork if I wasnt there, as I told them I would just be getting off work & had other things to do but someone else would have to bring her then. So I get there some time after 3:30, which was her new appointment time to see if I could fill out somethings really quick as I still had other things to do. The paperwork was TOO much to fill out in short time. So I informed them of that, but my father was there & could have did the paperwork instead of me as he would have stayed until I came back. But we were told no only I could fill it out. The lady stated if we could be back by 4:30 then my baby would be seen. So I stated I could try. I ended up not being able to get back there until 4:45, which they stated was too late because conveniently someone else had the 5:00 appointment. All & all if they never called ME, especially after I confirmed my original appointment, then it would have saved a bunch of confusion & my wasted time seeing as I waited three weeks for this appointment.

Dr. Arguello is a fantastic and knowledgable dentist who truly cares about his patients. He explains the procedures thoroughly and gives honest/helpful advice, which is what you want to hear from a competent dentist. From root canals to dental implants, Dr. Arguello is meticulous in his work, so his patients are pretty much in good hands. His dental office is very clean, organized, and up-to-date. Even so, his staff is super friendly and professional making a visit to the dentist a lot less scary. You can tell Dr. Arguello genuinely loves what he does (He even has a good sense of humor!). I highly recommend him! Thanks, Dr. Arguello!

Love this place... I had been going to the same dentist my entire life, and decided to go to this place because a friend told me about it. When I went to this place, I was complaining about my gums bleeding when I flossed, and some tooth sensitivity. They took the time to give me a DEEP, and painless clean. Since then, no blood, and no sensitivity. Now he is my new dentist. Highly recommend if you are afraid of the dentist, they are great at making your experience pain free. Not to mention a TV with Netflix while you are getting a cleaning is a great distraction.

BEST. DENTIST. EVER. Before coming to this office going to the dentist was an absolute dreaded nightmare for me. Im talking full on panic accompanied by white knuckling the chair arms and leaving a body outline of sweat from pure terror on the chair. Thank God for Dr. Arguello and his wonderful staff whose office is comfortable, clean, and up-to-date. The doctor answers any of your questions and throughly explains all procedures. You never feel rushed out the door and you leave knowing you just received the best dental care possible. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible practice, I strongly advise a second option before going here. The staff is rude and unhelpful. My husband came in for a standard cleaning and they tried to force him to have a deep cleaning stating he had periodontal disease with out even completing a periodontal exam. My husbands records were released to me with out him signing a ROI (release of information) which is a huge breach of HIPPA. The office manager Amber Webb was so rude and dishonest. Completely disgusted with the service. Im shocked this practice hasnt been shut down.

Ok... So I know its hard to believe any comments from an employee, but, Im leaving a review regardless! Why, you may ask?! Because in all my 15 years working in the Dental industry I have NEVER EVER fallen asleep while a Dr. did any type of treatment on me! Dr Arguello is by far the best Dentist that has worked on me! Believe it or not! The only way to rove me wrong, is to try it for yourself! You WONT regret it! AND... NO I didnt get paid to write an honest review! lol Come see for yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to make an appointment with them today and to my surprise hes the son of the Arguellos in the doctors office which im a patient there as well. I hate the dental office but they sure made me love it. Brought me coffee sweets and made me laugh alot. The doctor is so cute and sweet. he made me feel comfortable and like i was important he took his time with me.Angelica at front desk was so sweet we had a good conversation and she gave me sweets and coffee. i love this office !!!1

Today was my first visit with Arguello Dentistry LLC !! The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was extremely clean and state of the art equipment and technology. The dentist takes pride in his staff and place of business. This office hands down was the BEST dental office Ive come across and highly recommend anyone to visit them.
