It is very rare I like the dentist, and dont get me wrong it is still not my pick to spend an afternoon; however, the staff at Baer Dental Designs helps take the edge of going to the dentist off. I had my implant crown break off my implant (front tooth) on Christmas Eve. I called Baer Dental Designs on Monday morning and was seen Monday afternoon. Jenn and the front staff make it easy to get all of your information collected, and will go to bat for you against your dental insurance company. They will ensure there are no gray areas with the insurance company, and will do whatever they can possible to keep money in your pocket. It had been over a year since I had a cleaning, due to my procrastination of going to the dentist. With that being said they scheduled me for a cleaning a few days later, and I had enough plaque built up to feed a small family. (I do brush my teeth two times a day) The hygienist Mindy (I hope I spelt that right) is a plaque destroyer, and very friendly to work with. She may seem off to most people due to her love of making your teeth smooth and healthy, but so are people who love to work in the port o potty business. (To each their own) When most hygienists scale your teeth I believe they have a personal vendetta to put me through as much pain as possible. (They dont have a very good homelife) Mindy on the other hand makes it her personal goal to ensure you are as comfortable as possible during the whole experience. She even took before and after pictures, which I took as a personal challenge to beat the plaque build up for my next cleaning. Good thing I now have a picture reference. Dr. Baer is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He also is like a Picasso at building temp crowns, until the "wonderful"(sarcasm) at Perfect Teeth can find my implant records. I have recommended this dentist to all of my family and friends (the few that I have). Even if I move from Aurora, and am still in the Denver area I will make the drive to Baer Dental for all of my dental needs. Hopefully in 30 years he is as good at dentures as making implants and filling cavities!

I was lucky to have Dr. Baer take the time to visit my childs in-home daycare to teach the kids about dental health at a very early age of 3yo. Must mean he had a lot of patience and care for wee ones. I was impressed and signed up with his office soon after. My family of 6 has been going to him ever since. He and his staff have become a vital part of our family, easing concerns from horrid experiences my husband and I had in the past, to guiding our children into good oral behaviors and health. Unlike many other dentists, he does not perform unnecessary procedures or use scare tactics and the staff provides assistance with coverages beforehand. That is a big plus in my book. Highly recommended!!!

I was referred to Baer Dental Designs about 5 years ago, and I am so incredibly happy with Dr. Baer and the entire team at Baer Dental! Dr. Baer is absolutely wonderful--if youre looking for a dentist who is at the top of his game, while maintaining a friendly and humorous bedside manner, then Dr. Baer is your dentist. He has always taken extra time to educate me about what is going on with my dental health and I always leave the office feeling like I know exactly what is happening and why, and what the next steps are. If you want to feel like a valued patient in a dental practice and have a positive experience with everyone you interact with in the office--go see Dr. Baer.

I recently moved to the area from Seattle, WA. I was recommended to Dr. Baers office from my pediatric dentist. I was not disappointed! From the front staff, to the hygienist, to Dr. Baer, I was treated wonderfully. I had a scheduled teeth cleaning that escalated into an unexpected dental urgency. The team got me into Dr. Baer earlier than my scheduled appointment and Dr. Baer was able to squeeze me into a follow up apt. the next day in order to accommodate my upcoming work travel. Top notch people and top notch care! I highly recommend!

Ineffective billing - my insurance didnt pay a portion of my treatment so the office sent me a bill in the mail rightfully so. There were 2 problems here however, 1. since I had moved and they didnt bill me until 1.5 years after the services, my mail was no longer forwarding. 2. after an alleged 4 notices, they sent me to collections - but I am confused why they wouldnt have tried to call or email me as a second type of contact after 4 failed responses using standard mail. The issue is resolved now, no thanks to this office.

I cant compare the friendly experience Dr. Baers office provides to any other dentist I have visited. As soon as you walk in to the time Dr. Baer provides the check, everyone is treats you like youre a member of the family. And, the billing process has never been so smooth. Also, their level of patient engagement before your visit is just the right amount via email and text, that you never miss your appointment or they will accommodate if you need to adjust!

Dr. Baer is an outstanding dentist. His support staff is incredible and are always flexible and professional. Prior to becoming a patient with Dr. Baer, I had a dental emergency. His office was near by and I dropped in for assistance. Eventhough I was not a patient, he and and his team went right to work to help me with my situation. I was so impressed, I decided to have Dr. Baer be my full time dentist. You will not be disappointed!

He takes the time to explain recommendations and procedures. The hygienists are excellent, the support staff are knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone is kind and supportive. I took a very frail, elderly client to them who needed her dentures repaired. Their entire staff was very accommodating to her needs. They were friendly from the initial phone that I made to the appointment to after I picked up the repaired denture. They really took into consideration what was best and most practical for an elderly patient. Thanks!
