The receptionist has no idea what shes talking about or simply does not listen, my wife not being a dentist and not knowing the difference between a filling and crown described a filling coming out between two teeth, the receptionist calls it a crown and thinking she would know we schedule an appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment and also myself not being a dentist or anything of the sorts hearing its called a crown, tell her thats what the appointment was for since they dont take thats stuff down I guess when someone calls in. Im brought to the back where I tell the dentist whats wrong descriptively he sets me up for X-rays. I show the assistant the filling thats coming out and she then after showing it twice apparently does not know the difference between a crown and filling. So the dentist finally after looking at the X-rays looks at my mouth to see if its a crown or filling and lets me know its called a filling sweet well he lets me know I can reschedule and leads me to go pay for the X-rays that I wouldnt have had to pay for otherwise had the dentist had actually looked in my mouth to verify it was a crown or filling which wouldve saved him time and me money so now Im left with a $26 bill for not knowing what Im talking about and listening to people who work in the field who also do not know what their talking about. Ive left 2 stars because I shouldve known what was in mouth but the rest would remain not my fault because all I can do is describe because I dont know. I will not be returning to this dentist office.

WOW! Customer service is alive and well in this office!! Your staff ROCKS! From my first encounter with the receptionist, then the young lady who explained my billing and the hygienist who patiently answered all of my questions. I say THANK YOU! You all showed genuine compassion, concern and a level of customer service I havent seen in a LONG time. Dr. Adams took ample time with me to review my dental issues and helped me prioritize those issues in a manner I could afford. The icing on the cake was when I received a handwritten note from Dr. Adams after my evaluation! I will definitely continue my dental care at this facility!

Saved me hundreds! on top of saving me money they were friendly and thorough. I was going to a different dentist who said I needed 2 crowns at $500.00 a piece. When I asked why the dentist said because my cavities were too big and they couldnt save it with a filling. I thought this was weird since I had no pain and didnt even know the cavities were there. I saw Dr Jess Adams as a second opinion before I spent the $1000.00 on crowns. He said that the cavities were fillable! Fillings are covered 100% by my insurance! They arent money hungry they actually care about the patients.

I have never been to a nicer dental office; this place certainly lives up to its name! From the minute I ran in with a loose cap emergency at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon (doesnt that always happen? lol), it was smooth sailing. They got me in at 6 pm (on a Friday!!! How awesome is that?! ), fixed me right up, and I was home within 30 minutes. Unbelievable! I have certainly found my new dental office! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Miranda, Brittany and Dr. Theurer are the absolute best!!!

It was my 1st visit to the dentist in years and it was a great experience for me. Everyone is very friendly and professional...while getting my teeth fixed, my dentist made me feel very comfortable while in the seat.
