Went here a few months back and had an initial cleaning and full set of X-rays. Was also having issues with a crown needing to be replaced. The visit itself went okay, was a little long and the dentist himself did not have a good chair side manner, very short and not friendly at all. After the visit the office was supposed to follow-up with me in regards to replacing my crown, as well as some other work. They were going to verify insurance and get back with me. It is now six months later and I have still not heard back from them, even after reaching out three separate times to see if they received pre-approval, as I was having pain from my crown. I also contacted my insurance and this office never even contacted them for pre-approval. They also would not schedule a follow-up without pre-approval. I guess they do not want the business and I will be looking for another dentist to use.

He was so nice! My fiance was hurting from his tooth pain and we went in and hour early to do paperwork and he had brought him in the back and numbed him up and said "go to lunch!" so we were able to go walk around while waiting and he wasnt hurting! We also have no insurance until June and these people were one of the few that would do something about it without insurance. Not only that, it only cost us $200 total and they let us put $50 down and pay the rest when his next check comes in! They are so awesome and I would recommend anyone go to them! ~Candace

I had not seem Dr. Gryzick in a while. My wife and I are trying to work with one of the dental office that specialize in removing your remaining teeth, and then make you dentures. Over the past 3 or 4 days I had been having bad tooth aches.I tried to get the new dental office to help but with little help. I contacted Dr Gryzick on Friday morning (by the way his office is closed on Fridays), The doc came in and opened the office to help me. This is the type of service and care you can expect from Dr. Gryzick and his staff.

I love the people at this office! Theyre always super-friendly and professional, and every visit Ive had has been great. Ive been going there for probably a decade now and I cant recommend them enough! The cleanings are thorough and seem less stressful than any other dentist Ive visited throughout the years. Bonus: My insurance works there! I would recommend Family 1st Dental to anyone, and do whenever the subject comes up.

I had an appointment that I scheduled a month a head of time. I even received a confirmation call a week prior to my appointment. Once I arrived I was told my appointment was not in the system and they could not fit me in. I was told "sorry we are booked." It was very frustrating!

My son and I went in for routine cleanings and also to have a couple of fillings done. The office was very nice and we got right in. Maybe the best thing I can say is that neither my son or I had any pain at all from the fillings. Thanks Dr. Gryzick!

Look at the fine print before you sign. We were 13 minutes late for our appointment and they charged a $45 late fee and a reschedule. Very disappointing - especially after 5 years of our whole family being patients.
