Worst Dental Office that I have ever been to! The office was far from clean. The dental lights were not clean and had condensation build up inside of them causing bacterial/mildew/mold growth all over the inside. The hygienist staff was completely unfriendly and I would say had very bad attitudes. The hygienist staff is pressured to sell, sell sell and then up sell you some more on products and services that you do not need. Hygienist staff would not clean my teeth because I did not opt for the over $100 gingivitis treatment and $40 fluoride treatment, they flat out refused to clean my teeth even after I asked several times. The sunglasses that they give you to protect your eyes from the dental lights were dirty every time that I went in. Dirty and greasy with face and fingerprints all over them. DO NOT use this dental office! Look elsewhere to save yourself and your own hard earned money.

I was super nervous for my first appointment. I havent been regularly going to the dentist, so it wasnt just nervous about pain, but embarrassment too. The receptionists and nurses were all very kind, and happy. I saw 2 doctors during my first visit, one was the dentist, the other was a hygienist. I got a recommendation for an oral surgeon too, who also works in that building. I dont have to run around from place to place. I like that they are each specialised in their own way. Combine all of them and I feel like I have a good plan for my oral health. I really feel like Im getting the best care Ive gotten in a long long time. Im looking forward to working with them to get my teeth healthy again. Would recommend!

All they really care about is your money. Surprise? Lauren (the blonde girl behind the counter) seems to be overworked and needs a vacation, although this place would probably fall apart without her. I can understand your busy but you also have to remember about customers and how to treat them. I had been here before, and things went pretty smooth, I came back after a year or so with a new insurance plan, and long story short I ended up walking out without re-scheduling with nobody apologizing for the inconvenience. Ill be happy to take my teeth elsewhere. This place is money hungry and obviously not really in tune with their customer service and relations. Would never recommend this place.

This office is AWESOME! I broke a tooth and went in on an emergent basis. I have a phobia about having dental work done, but Dr. Webley was kind, gentle and patient. She and her team turned an uncomfortable situation into one in which I felt extremely well cared for. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. Anita presented me with several payment plan options to choose from and I selected a payment plan that I can afford. This office is a bit of a drive for me, but definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend this office!

In the past dentist, hygienist and front desk personal have been great. However their policy of having a signed release from my orthopedic surgeon because of knee replacement has presented problems. I understand their liability but when I needed help getting the release faxed from my surgeon the blond headed girl at the front desk seemed not only put out but totally ignored me. I hope the office will recognize that the front desk personnel is very important to the patients opinion of the office and address the issue.

Hand down the worst dental experience I have ever had. The assistant to the Dentist nearly cracked my tooth in half preparing me for my filling. I was in so much pain I could hardly breath and she pressed on as if everything was okay. During the fill process she dumped the bleach solution down my throat, causing my to gag and throw up on myself. The trauma to my mouth was so severe I was met with lovely black eye for 3 days. I wouldnt recommend this torture chamber to my worst enemy!!

I had an abscessed tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Erickson spent a half hour explaining all my replacement options to me, providing facts and statistics about the success rates of various options. He then performed the removal and treated the abscess. He did a phenomenal job with both, I felt no pain at all. It is 8 hours later, and all I need is Tylenol. I highly recommend Bright Now Dental.

I would not recommend this office. The dental hygienist damaged my tooth and instead of telling me about it she tried to pretend that nothing had happened. I got home later that night and discovered a hole in my tooth enamel. I called the office and they said that a dentist would have to look at it to verify. The dentist ended up putting a filling in for free, but my tooth is now permanently damaged.

I was previously going to the Bright now on Hampton and Tower but because of the office manager I changed to this Bright Now! I LOVE the doctor, she is very gentle and explains what shes doing before she does it and makes sure the patient understands!! The WHOLE staff makes you feel extreamely comfortable and relaxed. Very clean and great place, you basically forget your at a dentist!!

The staff is very friendly. The office is clean and conveniently located at Southlands. They run on time. I wasnt sure what to expect from this office when I first went, I had been at my previous dentist for 16+ years, but I really like the office and the staff. They make me feel comfortable and they have a great sense of humor which I appreciate.

My first time at this office was worthy of writing a review. Very friendly staff that worked hard to accommodate my schedule and needs. They dont overbook and were great in walking me through everyones schedules so I knew what would work for me in scheduling my next appointment. Such a great experience (yes, strange for a dental visit).
