Not a good dental practice. The staff is not friendly and the facility smells musty and moldy. I had a 7:30 appointment and was asked to be there early to fill out paperwork, which is typical. The paperwork took less than 5 minutes and was on par with something I could have created in a word document, not very thorough in the least. I waited until after 8am to finally go back for a cleaning and exam. The dental hygenist showed up and came through the front door only a few minutes before I was called back. Apparently they had me slotted from 7:30am-10:00am for a basic cleaning and exam...? I have absolutely no idea why and when I let it be known I had other appointments in my day, the staff became very beligerent and rude. Im not sure what they were trying to overcharge my insurance for, but I wasnt impressed. The dentist barely did a cursory exam, also being rude in the process. I left with the worst "exam" and "cleaning" Ive ever experienced from a dentist. Colorado Springs standards have certainly slipped over the past few years.

If youre new to Colorado Springs or need a new dentist then look no further! Dr. Anderson and his team are the best dentist office in town. Dr. Anderson is the most attentive and caring dentist Ive attended. He describes the procedure in laymans terms and does an excellent job making sure Im comfortable while performing the procedure. I had a root canal done here and was nervous because I never had one and heard they were terrible, but with Dr. Anderson the whole thing was a breeze. He even called to check on me during the weekend to make sure everything was good and that I wasnt in pain. Cheryl is always welcoming as soon as I come in the door and has been great at working with my insurance to get everything resolved. I havent been to the new hygienist yet after Beth left, but I have no doubt based on everyone else that works here she will be amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his entire team.

I really didnt know what a good dentist was until a few years ago when I had the good fortune to become a patient of Dr. Anderson. Under the previous regime no tooth was worked on until it was on the verge of a crisis. With Dr. Andersons gentle, methodical approach many problems were brought to light and handily taken care of. His approach is patient centered, he is always stopping to make sure Im comfortable and that I understand what he is doing. This same careful approach extends to his staff who are all equally careful and attentive. Most of my family now have Dr. Anderson as our dentist and we all say the same things, we couldnt be happier.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andersons for over 30 very happy years! Not only is his personalized care top tier, the entire operation is as well! Beth is an amazing hygienist, and Cheryl is always a pleasure to work with at the front desk. Although I dont ever particularly enjoy having dental work performed, their approach and method make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Doc even makes follow up phone calls himself, and as a business man, I greatly appreciate that finer touch. As long as their chairs are open, they will be my dentist!

I have been seeing Dr. Anderson for over 30 years and have appreciated his incredible care the entire time. He has always taken care of any problem with my teeth/mouth quickly and with wonderful results. When I have needed very quick help with a painful problem he has gotten me in quickly to fix it. My mouth and teeth feel better today than when I first began seeing him. Any time someone complains about a dental problem I highly recommend Dr. Anderson. I have also always found his staff to be great provide super service//care.

I used to be terrified to go to the dentist because of scary appointments as a kid. We found Dr. Anderson right down the street from our house and we have been going to him for 30 years. Dr. Anderson and his office staff have taken care of my in-laws, my husband and me, and both of our kids with familial concern and care. I call him the "painless" dentist as he, and the staff, take my comfort to heart and assure that I am comfortable and feeling safe for any procedure. I can not recommend this practice more highly.

Have been with Dr. Anderson for over 10 years. Has always been honest and fairly priced. Other friends I have talked to are getting charged triple of the fees. He always calls at night after any work is done to check on me. He has had to come in on the weekend for an emergency broken tooth. I love the staff. Depending on how much work has needed to be done, I am an usually never in pain. He always makes sure you are numb enough for the work too. I will continue to see Dr. Anderson as long as I am in Colorado Springs.

My family went to Jackson Anderson for a while when I was a kid, and I dont remember any problems. I didnt see him for many years because of changes in my parents dental coverage, but once I got coverage that allowed me to go to Anderson, I went back and had a great experience. Which was nice after having bad experiences with other dentists. Id love to keep seeing him even though I live an hour and a half away now, its worth it when you know you can trust them to do good work and have a good experience right?

Been a patient here for many years and wouldnt consider going elsewhere. Dr. Anderson and his staff are friendly, top shelf people who show a genuine interest in your dental health. Dr. Anderson always calls later in the evening to make sure youre doing fine. I highly recommend this facility.

Had to have several rounds of surgery to get a top denture. Dr. Anderson was concerned with my health and well-being from the start, and his staff was willing to do what ever they could to make sure I was comfortable. I have had a bad history with dentists. Dr. Anderson is the best Ive had!
