My 7 year old and almost 2 year old had appointments today at Kid Rock. The experience was wonderful! Plenty of parking, when you walk in everyone greets you with a smile. They had a video game area, train table area, TV area with kid friendly seating and it was such a fun atmosphere. We did our paperwork on an iPad and it saved information from one kid (address, email, contact information) and transferred it to my second childs paperwork, took so much less time. I also want to add that I took my 7 month old as well and the staff seriously could not have been more eager to help while I filled out paperwork and while I was trying to get my middle child to cooperate, they held her, talked to her and made what could have been an overwhelming, stressful experience into an enjoyable appointment, even the dentist took a turn. They also told a story using paintings on the wall all the way back to the treatment area, which my oldest really enjoyed! The staff was quick and efficient with my middle childs exam, he was not happy about it but they knew exactly how to get him more comfortable and did a lap to lap exam that allowed me to hold him and calmed him down. My oldest got a guitar toothbrush that had to be opened immediately and is definitely a lot more appealing to a kid than a regular toothbrush. Once the exams were over the kids got treasures and eye patches, my oldest got a coin to get his treat while my middle child got a more age appropriate rubber duck. The treatment plan was thoroughly explained, they even sent me home with the teeth numbers and a picture guide so I know which teeth they are referring to, Ive never had that luxury. The estimate for the dental work needed is extremely reasonable, and I also didnt find any extras thrown in like I have at many other offices. This dental office, staff, and dentist could not be any better in my opinion. I almost didnt schedule with them because it seemed like a long drive but I can honestly say they are definitely worth the 35 minute drive, so dont let that discourage you, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome! The receptionist was very nice and thanked us for completing the online paperwork before we arrived. When giving us the two cent tour of their waiting room she pointed out the Keurig and told us to help ourselves to coffee. It was not working properly so we let her know. She offered to go get us help. Dr. Stetler himself cane out to help troubleshoot! The visit just got better from there. Our dental tech, Juli, was excellent with out two boys. Our youngest has sensory issues and while he was waiting on his turn in the chair, she noticed that the motor of the tool she was using on our oldest was bothering him. She paused the cleaning, found a different (quieter model) motor and switched them out! Dr. Stetler them came in to complete their exams. He was extremely patient with both of our kids. He talked to them like intelligent human beings and not like puppies. He explained things to my wife and I very thoroughly. He was to the point but did not make us feel rushed. My only negative comment is that Im a bit jealous that they only see pediatric patients here... I would sign up in a heart best if they would let me. I realize this review is really long but I still dont think I have said enough about how great our visit was!

My daughter has a pretty significant fear of the dentist. Shes terrified of pretty much everything that occurs during a visit and bursts into tears just hearing about what is going to happen. I cant speak highly enough about Kids Rock and their staff. From the moment we walk in, they are there to bring education to my daughter, thus attempting to lessen her fears. They work with her with the utmost patience (oftentimes with far more patience than I have with her fears and crying). Weve only had Ms. Jamie and Ms. Juli and they are both more phenomenal than words can describe. The way they treat my daughter, talking in soothing tones, wiping away her tears, and showing her baby step by baby step what is going to take place helps whatever is going to take place to actually happen. The dentist is also wonderful with her, its just that the bulk of the time has been spent with either Ms. Jamie or Ms. Juli. Also, we never feel rushed. They respect the time it takes for my daughter to feel comfortable, even if it means being there for 45 minutes to do a 5 minute long, simple procedure. I couldnt recommend this dentist office more highly.

Dr. Stettler is wonderful and not one of those doctors who just try to nickel and dime you with your kids teeth. He gives you options and is upfront with his patients. He is a parent too and is understanding and kind to the kids. We opted for my 5 year old to go-under for caps to be put on and everything went great. The office is welcoming and so exciting for kids, it reminds me of a ride at Disneyland with all the bright colors and fun characters. It really makes it less scary for kids. This is not a chain dentist office. Some of those other places remind me of fast food chains for teeth and I am so glad I went with a second opinion and found Dr Stettler at Kids Rock dentistry. The front staff is always so friendly. I really appreciate the later appointment times so I can not miss much work to get my kids seen. I live about 45 minutes south and I will gladly drive past all those money hungry chain dentists out of my way to make it to Kids Rock! My sister and 2 of my friends have started taking their kids too! Thanks Kids Rock, You Rock!

Best Dentist for kids in the Springs! My daughter had a phobia of the dentist and the staff at Kids rock made her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in! The office is beautifully decorated and caters to kids. A neat story is told through the art on the wall and gets kids involved and excited about brushing their teeth and keeping them cavity free! Dr. Stettler is a fantastic dentist and really made sure the kids had a positive experience. He even allowed me to be with the kids during their exam and showed me what was going on with their teeth. The dental hygienists and staff are top notch. My kids have never been more happy when leaving the dentist! They even got prizes and a certificate for being cavity free. We are so glad we found this office and look forward to many more visits.

Great experience! My son had a toothache and although he is a patient of that other pediatric dentist office nearby, the Kids Rock staff welcomed him when the other place didnt have availability. They took him right away and checked him out thoroughly. (He ended up being OK.) The staff and the dentist were all very professional and courteous. And, they have coffee for the moms which is WONDERFUL and a nice touch. The office was bright and clean and very kid-centered. The only thing I will mention slightly negative is that the office is a little too much, almost like a carnival fun house - not my taste. I am grateful that they were able to see my son on short notice when he isnt even their patient. Thank you for giving us peace of mind and treating us well!
