I was in the waiting room waiting on a friend. Not sure if the Dr is professional but the staff is NOT! I sat there and listened to the girls up front talk to patients calling in on the phone and during and after the phone calls they would say horrible things about them one of the girls actually called someone a crazy lunitic and laughed about how she was rude to him on the phone. Then they proceeded to do they same thing to other people laughing how they tell people they wont see them and they wont even consider seeing them and they need to call at another time then getting off the phone and laughing about it. I have been working in the medical field for over 16 years and have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism as I have today. If you need dental help from a professional that has respect and care for their patients find somewhere else to go please. No one should be treated in this manner.

This place really deserves no stars!! I sincerely suggest you avoid this hole in the wall dental shop at all costs. You get nowhere!!! Save your time, trust me Ive wasted plenty of my time. I have been trying to get a hold of this place for over a week now. Put it this way you are LUCKY if anyone answers the phone. I called again this morning to TRY to schedule my daughters appointment and what do you know someone answered. Albeit, the very rude receptionist placed me on hold and never came back on to the phone. I eventually hung up and re-dialed the phone number at least 5 times, each time someone answered and then quickly hung up. and then I received the dial tone busy signal. WOW!! I am beyond frustrated with this office and will be calling my daughters insurance company to report their lack of caring for scheduling their patients. This is ridiculous.

At first, they had a terrible receptionist, a very rude one. The receptionist did not care about the personal affairs of people. Afterward, they replaced the receptionist with one from a different office. She was much nicer, and went out of her way to help you get things done. She even called me once to remind me of an appointment I was about to miss. I eventually talked to her about the old receptionist and why things were were hectic around the office earlier. She told me one of the dentists had left the office, and had caused a big problem when it came to all the appointments, since it was all left to one dentist. I am glad she is such a nice person and that she cleared that up for me. It actually explains a lot about the dental clinic in recent events.

1. I waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes for the Dr. To see me (appt was set for 3:00pm but they didnt call me back until 4:50pm) 2. The ladies upfront are super rude. I walked in and stood in front of the reception desk for over 5 minutes before the lady finished up her conversation, then acknowledged me. 3. The dentist jacked up my tooth and gums. I had pain in my gums after the procedure. When I went back and asked them to check it, they "accidentally" took an X-ray of the wrong tooth but said the X-ray showed nothing wrong. 4. It is extremely uncomfortable when they speak a different language to each other about their clients in front of them. I will never be going back and would highly recommend everyone else to stay away also.

I would have given a zero if i could have but i need to give a rate in irder to make this comment. They tell us the appointment is at 3:00 then we wait an 1hr and like 10 minutes, and then they finally take is in. The place closes at 5:00 and take take up an 1hr of my life then rush to get done so they can close at 5:00 with like 3 people still in the waiting room. It is so tiny and they fill the room up with a bunch of people that so of us have to wait outside. Such a terrible place!! I only go here because it is close to where I live.

Dr. Anosh is truly an artist of dentistry, as is his "right hand man", Lou. I have recommended this dentist to all of my friends. My teeth were in terrible need of crowns, front fillings, partial dentures, whitening, etc...Dr. Anosh, along with Lou did all of my work needed just beautifully! I certainly got my confidence back. The prices are extremely affordable for the top of the line work he does. The staff is very professional and kind. He even makes the crowns right there in the office! FIVE STARS for Dr. Anosh and staff!!!

"Wow, I cannot say enough positive things about ProCare Dental. The entire staff is caring and knowledgeable. The office staff was excellent, they kept me smiling and laughing while I waited. Dr. Anosh and his team always provide excellent care with meticulous attention to detail and patient comfort. Always a good experience with the staff. And of course, Dr. Anosh in outstanding, so caring and easy to talk to, his awesome reputation is well deserved! What a great experience!!

Horrible experience! Took 2.5 hours to do a simple filling (20min procedure) and after leaving noticed that it was the cheap mercury black filling instead of white, chosen without my permission. When asked to fix it they declined it! Would give less than 1 star if I could. Changing my dentist asap.

It is very hard to find an honest dentist.. but I finally found him!! :) Dr. Anosh is an outstanding dentist, hes very honest, caring and professional. His staff also great and professional. I highly recommend this office for your dental care needs.
