I went there three times. The first time was for regular glasses, I didnt get the regular glasses after all, so I went there a second time for contacts. The first time I was there, I spent 60% of the time with the staff who just took me through the routines and didnt even care if I understood what those procedures were for. Then the doctor spent some time with me to adjust my vision, which was fine. Then interestingly, the second time when I went there for contacts, the staff and the doctor gave me exactly the same exam they did on me just a few months earlier for an entirely different prescription need. During the exam, I felt more like visiting a car dealership. He constantly recommended to me expensive products and didnt listen to my request. The one he recommended was very uncomfortable and I had to take it out right on the spot. I asked him to give me a few options to see which might work better and he said he didnt have that kind of time. And during the entire time I was there, he was cosntantly in and out with other patients. I think the service provided was unprofessional, unpleasant, time-consuming, and often end up with bad result. That is why I went there a third time. Because the prescription he gave me was totally off! I wonder whether he knows what he is doing most of the time.

I absolutely love Insight Vision. They are always available to answer questions and always take great care of me. They immediately know my name and face whenever I walk through the door or call in with a question. Dr. Sweeny works with me to get me whatever drops/glasses/exam I need and always is considerate of my time and the price. He makes sure to give me any discount coupons or anything else that is available - which is much appreciated for a poor student! When ordering contacts or glasses everything arrives promptly and they even repaired my glasses once when needed new lenses, free of charge. Everyone here is kind, friendly, and willing to help. I drive 20 minutes out to this place just for the excellent care I know Ill get here. Highly recommended!

I love love love this eye care center. I have been going to them for the last few years and I have a great experience every time. The staff is really friendly and I am always in and out before I know it. While all that is well and good what I like most is Dr. Sweeney, while I am a late adopter to new tech, he is not and I love that he is always telling me about new technologies in optometry. The reason this is important to me is he is someone who loves his work and is always looking for more options for his patients. And while my answer is often "maybe next time" I like know that the person I trust with my eye health is a doctor who is engaged in the work and genuinely cares.

10 months later and my daughter can still not see through glasses prescribed and filled by this office over 5 times. They cant seem to get it right, and are no longer trying to do anything about it- I have suggested a solution and they will not do it, nor will they refund us for the prescription. I had the same experience last year with my own prescription at their office- it took them 3 times to get it right. They will not do anything further for my daughter, so we are out $1,000 and facing having to go elsewhere and start over again and pay for it out of pocket again. BUYER BEWARE. Run as fast as you can from this practice!
