I only came here because my son had broke his glasses and have a very high prescription and I couldnt wait for him to be seen at Emory. Ive tried to give this place the benefit of a doubt on three different times. This is the most ratchet, unorganized, hood and unprofessional eye doctor to ever come to. I mean the receptionist and the entire staff acts and talks to you like you are ordering from McDonalds drive thru window, rolling their eyes and smacking their teeth. Dealing with them makes me forget to stay professional and stoop down to what they are accustomed too. I try not to be judgemental but you cant help not to go off on them because of the lack of professionalism. The doctor is the best thing going in this place and it can also use some upgrades and trained staff. The receptionist chick version of dilating my sons eyes was: you ready to get yo eyes sprayed. She came over with some napkins and bottle of dilation spray (not drops), gave the napkins to him, told him to open his eyes, sprayed and walked away. WTH....are you serious. Please hurry up and get my child glasses ordered so WE NEVER have to come back. I will wait three months for an appointment anywhere else before I come here again. I give this place 0 stars...more like a negative 5.

The optometrist is good an the guy that helps you pick out the glasses is good to but the rest of the staff like the girl said in her review are very unorganized an so rude an nasty when I called to check to see if my glasses was ready.They used the wrong insurance numbers worrying bout the wrong thing.I never waited for no glasses longer than a month not three months an half an still didnt get them I found American Best an my glasses will be ready in 5days or less.I wouldnt recommend the Eye Center to anyone if you can go some were else that is professional an reliable an on time

This is the third time that I have come to this place during their general hours of operation only for there to be a closed sign and nobody here to service you. The hours of operation show that the establishment opens at 10 AM, I arrived here at 10:17 AM. Still sitting here at 10:52 AM and nobody is still here. Shameful to say the least. The gentleman working in the clothing store right across from here says they come in when they want to come in and that they will probably be here in another 30 minutes to an hour.

I called in to order a new 6 month supply of contacts. They have the eye exam on file since they did it. I ordered the last 6 month supply from them and I only have one pair remaining. They said you have to come in. HUH WTF!! I have to come all the way down 400!! Evidently they are still stuck in the 20th century and dont have the wherewithal to undertake online or over the phone orders. Amateurs!!!!

One star for the petty females working today. The one that was helping me pick out colored contacts decided to walk away after she thought that I wasnt going to be able to pay a fitting fee that I didnt know about until I had actually tried on the contacts. June 29, 2016

Ive never had a problem here, the employees are always polite. The doctor is also very polite and she really cares about her patients vision. I have been here several times for my children and also myself, and I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

This place is the reason why I dont deal with black owned businesses! How do you call and tell a customer to pick up their glasses by 6pm...the hours online AND the door say 6pm but your lazy as* workers wont open the door 16 minutes before closing?! Never again.

The staff and the doctor were great with picking out glasses and quick service. But it took a long time for the glasses to finally arrived and when the arrived they werent even the right prescription. i couldnt even see out of them. Waste of time

I ordered glasses on the 8th of the month and still did not receive them on the 25th of the same month. I called twice and was being given the run around with no proper explanation. Terrible service! Will not do business there again. So sad.

Very unprofessional, I called and asked the hours for the day. Was told 3 pm was the cut off. Came at 2 and was told i would have to come back. I live 45 minute drive away and have to work most days this was very disappointing.

I waited 3 month before they notified me that I I needed to make a payment , and told me they would they would put a rush on it, then they took there sweet time getting me the glasses and i still havent received the glasses
