I got my new prescription and a new fitting for contacts from the optometrist. Both were difficult and not right the first time. I got different stories from the technician and the optometrist about why the contacts didnt help me see as well as my old contacts did years ago. The Lens Crafters technician who made my transition lenses for my glasses did them incorrectly by 4mm. When I got back to Denver, the first thing I did was go to LensCrafters at Cherry Creek. The technicians had to re-do both my glasses and sunglasses, so I had to wait another week while they ordered them and cut them. I do not have much confidence in the Lens Crafters in Rookwood Commons. They were nice, but I had to have other Lens Crafters re-do their work. Definitely not "glasses in an hour"...more like glasses in a month. I would not get glasses at Rookwood Commons again. I had a great experience years ago with the Lens Crafter folks at Tri-County Mall. The Cherry Creek store was very helpful.

Amazing customer service. They have a good collection of eyeglasses. Erik was very friendly and helpful. He was respectful and answered all our questions with patience. I changed my mind next day after ordering eyeglasses and he was gracious enough to hold the order and allowed to change the frames. This is another example of customer friendly staff. This is definitely by far the better lenscrafters stores in the area.

Both the frames and lenses I got here had major issues within 6 months. The times that I have called them, 1/2 of the time they do not answer and it goes into voice mail, or someone answers and says they are busy and will have to call me back. They take my name & number down, and no return calls. Horrible customer service and even worse quality of product. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Dwain was one of the most helpful sales people Ive ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable about optics and also knew what to look for when I was unsure of what glasses to pick. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters location!

worst service EVER! Glasses in an hour??? 2 days later....still waiting. And no one calls to tell you anything. Im on the phone now and they have no idea what Im talking about. NEVER AGAIN!!!
