Making an appointment was very easy. I got a reminder call the day before. I showed up and I was greeted by staff, filled out minimal paperwork (name, address, blah blah). I was seen by the doctor right on time. He was courteous and very friendly. He had great bed side manners as we went through the examination. He was thorough, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. After the examination the staff had all my insurance paper work ready. They explained what was covered by my insurance plan. They knew or were able to reference every question I had regarding my coverage. They werent pushy. After I selected the frame I liked and options for my lenses, I was all set. I have definitely found my new optometrist. I would highly recommend.

The staff at Liberty Eye Care are very helpful, friendly, and thorough. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in & she was very friendly. The optician was professional and very nice, as well as patient with explaining the process as she did my optomap. Dr. Wood is very professional, friendly, thorough, & answered all my questions. He took the time to talk about my concerns. Their office has a very large selection of lenses/glasses. They even took the time to help me pick out a nice pair of glasses. Thanks for an awesome visit!

Excellent patient care! Very friendly staff from receptionist to Dr Wood! I work for another Vision Source doctor and he just so happened to be out of town and I was having an eye issue. Mind you, I will only go to a Vision Source doctor and happened to see that Liberty Eyecare was opened until 2! Dr Woods office told me to come on in and they would see me. Highly recommended and really appreciate the excellent care from Dr Wood and his staff!

Horrible! Never called me to tell me the glasses were in and when i did call they told me they came in that day but came in wrong so had to send back to lab to fix. After waiting even longer they told me they were suppose to ship on jan 9th and would arrive jan 11th but called on jan 10th to say the lab broke my daughters glasses and they wouldnt be in for another week. Would not recommend to anyone. Will NOT do business with them EVER AGAIN!

Eye exam with Dr Liette went very well; he has a very engaging "bedside manner." New glasses were promised to take one week; they showed up 10 days later. Went back three times, during posted "Open" hours, for adjustments to how the frames sat on my face. Twice they were closed without notice. Very unreliable. Lost me as a customer.

Now the place to go for glasses. Got my son some glasses there took over 7 days then when they did come it there was an issue and had to be sent back. Now waiting 4 weeks for glasses. There are places that I have been to that do them in an hour with no problems. Glasses prices are really high. I will not return nor recommend.
