I had an amazing experience with Salle Opticians. In my search for new frames, I had a frustrating experience with another retailer, but Salle did everything right! Bob Reynolds and Wendy Salle are true professionals with great taste. The entire staff can assist you in finding frames that are most attractive for you. They have an extensive selection of quality frames and brands that you cannot find in other stores - at least not in the same location. I had a great time trying on all the options. I settled on Mykita frames, but I will likely go back for some prescription sunglasses in the near future. Throughout the process, Bob, Wendy, and the rest of the staff were informative and did their absolute best to make me a happy customer. Great selection, amazing staff, overall A+ experience!

Unpleasant experience! I called to get an estimate on my glasses, and the person who picked was so impatient to tell me that she wont give me an answer without info from my side. Info which she didnt bother asking me for in the first place. I thought she was quite rude given that I was bringing in new business.

Literally walked in here with a broken nosepiece on my CRAPS and a missing screw from the temple of my RAY-BANS and they fixed both in 10 minutes for FREE! They have a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses and are extremely friendly. I Will be sending friends and loved ones here. THANK YOU!!!

So this place is beautiful in keeping with the mall that its in lots of class but also high expense so if you want great service and you got the money to pay for it its a great place to go
