My wife &daughter had an eye exam in May2015 & were wrongfully charged out of pocket $93.50 when this company should have billed our insurance for that amount. After confronting Sarah about this explaining to her that our insurance company would cover that amount she tried to argue that my wife was not correct. My wife went back to their office to get the refund put back on to her credit card & Sarah CHARGED her another $93.50 instead of refunding!! When we called Sarah to notify her that they charged us again they refused to write us a check for what they in their own ERROR took from us. We had to dispute the charges at our bank. I strongly advise that no one use this company. The service is poor & they make to many careless mistakes. They dont care about there customers based on our experience

Having seen another eye doctor for many years, I was a little worried when we got new insurance and I had to choose another doctor to be in network. I chose these folks based solely on the fact that they were open on Saturday. It turned out to be a great choice. I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The exam was the most thorough Id had in years. The doctor talked to me like he cared instead of just trying to hustle me out to see the next patient. It was a very good experience all around. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are very professional. This is my second year as a patient. My visits are personalized to my needs and I am not treated as a number. When I asked questions about my insurance, I always receive an answer. I was concern about my vision change from last year. Dr. Brown answered my question and also reminded me of things I need to do for my self. I am very pleased and will continue to visit because this is the best care I have had in years. Thank you all!

Had my visit on Saturday 1/24 as a new patient. The young lady who assisted me at the front desk was awesome. The doctor was friendly and his exam was the most thorough Ive had in years. Everything from my plan to my astigmatism was explained in terms that I understood. The glasses selection is really nice as well. I was very impressed with the fact that they are open on Saturdays being that I work during the week and it is sometimes difficult to take off for appointments.
