I went to Dr. McLaws for an implant to replace a frontal crown gone bad. First Dr. McLaws said I had an adjacent tooth that had a loose jacket and need replacement. I said OK. When the crown was completed, it didnt go under the gum. You can see the root of the tooth above the crown. I pointed out that to him and he agreed to redo it but later he kept telling me it is ok it is fine and never replaced it. Four months later after the implant was placed I went back to have the abutment and crown put in and what a disaster it was. After all I went through, I went home and my wife told me the crown on the implant has a gap of 1.5 MM away from the adjacent tooth. How in the world any conscientious Dentist sees the crown was a misfit and yet put it into a patients mouth anyway. Where the Dentist’s conscience? Unless he hasnt one for sure. I had two other dentists second opinions and both said bad quality dentistry. Not only that but the implant was throbbing all the time and made my adjacent teeth sensitive. Both dentists told to go back to him and correct this real bad quality implant. I went back to him with the two Dentists opinions and finally he redid it. Not to mention that I paid $5,000 for the implant. Never again in this office. We need a Dentist who has a conscience.

I had never been so relaxed at the dentist office. From the phone call to set up an urgent appointment to the Visit and paper work, The whole office staff and providers are fantastic. Melissa and the other gal at the desk, warm and friendly and super helpful. Jen and Dr Mclaws had me in stitches (and thats a good thing) Doc was super informative, made sure I understood the options. Jen very personable and made me feel at ease. Seriously best dentist office visit ever. We even shared a moment over TWD recent season start. It was like connecting with old friends. As for the actual dental work preformed. Doc was able to fix a problem tooth that i have had some trouble with. Was very little to no pain at all. Thank you all for getting me in so fast and address the need and for your hospitality. I have been going to Vista Dorada Dental for the past 3 to 4 years. I went to another provider in Phoenix who did a full oral exam and gave me a treatment plan for several thousands including a couple of implants. I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to Vista Dorada by a colleague. Dr Roper did an oral examine and gave me an treatment plan that was half what the other provider gave me. What impressed me more was, they prioritized it over two years to ensure that we got the maximum coverage from the insurance each year and also make it affordable for me. Since the treatment, I go there for my regular dental cleaning and have not had any dental issues. I highly recommend them.

I had three separate teeth worked on in three different quadrants of my mouth today. Pretty daunting. Dr. McLaws and Jennifer made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. They kept asking me if I was ok and listened to me. Jennifer took as much time as it needed to fit my temporary crowns so my bite was just right. She let me know upon leaving what days they would be open over the holidays in case I had any trouble with my temporaries. What I appreciated most was the pleasant working relationship Dr. McLaws has with his assistant and his other office staff. I could feel that they like their job and the feeling in the office reflected that.

I cant say enough good things about this dental practice! Melissa(s) -- Awesome and helpful and so organized! Javier and Sarah took their time with cleanings for myself and two of my children and Dr. Roper is patient, kind and very thorough! We have been to other dentists in the Valley and they are by far the most professional, courteous practice we have found. I have referred my brothers and mom and several friends! If you havent been to Vista Dorado and are looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients (and doesnt try to sell you on a service you dont need) you should go visit Vista Dorado!! This is the best dental office you will find- Stop searching! Dr. McLaws, Javier, and Vonda have been amazing for me and my family for over 10 years. I have had major dental work done- root canals, crowns, and even had a molar removed. The atmosphere is relaxed, caring, and professional. My three little girls have now been seen by Dr. McLaws and his staff, and they love going to see the dentist. The office staff welcomes the entire family, and they take the time to value US. We never feel like patients or customers- we feel like family and friends. Thank you for making us a part of your family Vista Dorada Dental!

I have been looking for a quality dentist for 6 years and have finally found one in Vista Dorado Dentist. 1st, Melissa the office manager is amazing! Before I was even an official patient she treated me as if I had been one for years. Dr. Roper is phenomenal! I had 2 root canals done and I couldnt believe how easy and virtually painless they where. Jennifer, the dental hygienist is kind, personable and efficient! She made me laugh my entire visit. The rest of the staff there is amazing too, I cannot say enough about them. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

My visit at Vista Dorado Dental has been the most pleasant visit I have ever had in my life! The staff was completely friendly and upfront on all questions I had leading up to procedure and costs. My Dentist, Dr. McLaws was completely thorough, step by step keeping me informed about what he was performing the entire procedure. His assistant was completely knowledgeable and on top of her game. I was give a huge thanks to the entire staff for easing my nerves and making my entire experience completely enjoyable. I recommend all my co-workers there!

We moved from out of state and I had no idea where to start looking for a new dentist. I looked online for a dentist near me and there are plenty around but this was the closest. The reviews were positive so I gave it a shot. I couldnt be more happy with the outcome! The whole staff are super friendly, professional, and made us all feel comfortable. The office is clean, convenient, and the prices are competitive. They offer an in-house type of insurance which was also nice. Im happy to recommend Vista Dorada Dental to anyone.

My family has been going here for almost 5 years and we love it!! They take excellent care of my husband and I and our three boys. The office staff is friendly and the dental staff is so kind to our boys. I appreciate that they dont push work that doesnt need to be done like other offices, I feel like they care about my dental health and theyre not out to make a buck!! Appointments are easy to make and I love that theyre open on Saturdays for my husband :) Would highly recommend!!!
