Id give it ZERO stars, but I had to give at least one to be able to write this review. My experience at Fenton Family Dental was bad from the moment I walked in the door. Because I was new patient, I showed up a little early for my 2:00 pm appointment and was asked to wait outside. I was passed off between hygienists and had to repeat my dental history. The cleaning was fine, but my teeth felt rough after the cleaning. Im used to them being VERY smooth after a cleaning. I do need additional dental work, so I tried to schedule follow up appointments. I was given the choice of one the next day or one in June (this was in April). I felt that with so few scheduling options, Fenton Family Dental wasnt responsive enough to my needs. I choose not to schedule the follow up appointments. I asked what I owed so I could settle up my account while I was there and I was told there as no charge. I get home from work today and find a bill for $206 in my mailbox waiting for me. I dont have a problem paying what I owe, but when I specifically asked and told there was no charge! That is totally unacceptable. In my opinion, Fenton Family Dental used shady business tactics. Id steer clear of this place.

This was my first visit with Fenton Family Dental and I must say I was absolutely surprised with the quality and the service that I received. First of all, they got me in immediately seeing that it was an emergency appointment mainly for my fiance, but since I had to take him, and I needed to have a cleaning anyway they got us both scheduled immediately and I had all of my regular maintenance and cleaning done as well as his urgent evaluation for his tooth pain. Everyone that dealt with us was very professional and they all had wonderful bedside manner. Everyone took the time to explain everything as far as the plan, both of our overall health, and financial options for his emergency tooth extraction that needed to be done. I definitely recommend this practice for anyone that needs a great quality dentist and I look forward to many more years of dealing with them for all of my familys Dental needs.

I was unfortunate to not have dental insurance due to my job being part time.. Fenton Dental at the Clinton Maryland location treated me as if I were family and patiently arranged a dental plan which was absolutely affordable to my budget.. I came in for my scheduled root canal at 2pm and was called back not even 5 minutes afterwards.. Dr Sheryl and Dr park performed my root canal and ultimately eased my fear of going to the dentist... I am forever grateful for the extraordinary humans who have put in the long hours and hard work at their university to ensure the extreme amount of comfort I have felt during my visit at Fenton Dental.. 5 stars no questions about it... These guys are pros and they know EXACTLY what they are doing..

I have visited many dentist through military dental care and recently stopped due to excessive and uneeded work that caused a feeling of no trust with past dentist. But after a 3 day straight visit to Fenton Family Dental in Clinton Maryland that feeling is now past. Every one from the receptionist to the dentist kind and was willing to cater to my needs to make me completly comfortable. This is now me and my familys dentist and wish everyone practiced the same type of customers service. And no matter what the employees, Z or Uneeka tell anyone I did not cry at my visits..... I had somethimg in my eye. This is not just a great dentist office, it an outstanding bussiness ! -S. Jones

My experience have been mixed, it appears the dentist in the office are very good, however, I did not appreciate after completing a procedure the front business office being call and I escorted to the office to pay my bill, in which I had all the intention of doing since I was paying cash. In addition, after sharing a concern about my bill and returning later for clarification, the front officer personnel was looking at me as through I was in the wrong to share a concern. While I have more dental work needed, I think I will take a break from being treated like a common criminal.

Its a new facility (less than 5 years old), so all of the furniture and equipment looks new. The facility in general is very clean too. The staff is always nice. I am always seen right away by the technicians, but lately, the wait for the dentist afterwards is too long. During my last visit I waited 15 minutes for the dentist after my routine cleaning with the technician. Im not sure if they are over booked or under staffed. This is the second time this has happened to me, and its something Ive never experienced at dental offices in the past.

On arrival, the receptionist greeted me immediately and made eye contact. The dental assistant made me feel comfortable, the Doctor was EXTREMELY patient with me and answered all of my questions. He even made a cost saving recommendation regarding my options for teeth whitening. The hygienist was absolutely Awesome!! Im not just saying that because shes a fellow Bison! The lady who reviewed my treatment plan (the one that collects the money) she finished the visit strong for me. The entire experience was OUTSTANDING!

After years and years of some of the worst dental experiences ever, I have to admit that my first visit today to Fenton Dental was so very positive. I came in because of pain and needing to address years of neglect. I was given compassion, kindness, and reasonable options. The staff, from reception to assistants were friendly, helpful and kind. Dr. Singh is a gem. I am so looking forward to doing this with her help. Thank you all!

I had a very positive experience at Fenton Family Dental. Each person that served me, from the various technicians on up to the doctor, were very kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring to me. They took time to explain every aspect of my dental experience and constantly asked if I had any questions. I feel that I am in very good hands, and would feel very comfortable referring Fenton Family Dental to my family and friends.

...Up-side --- @Fenton Family Dental -- its always a smooth, calming and ALWAYS efficient service from the check-in desk to the check out point ...Down-side -- at Check-out you always find out whats next and whats the cost :-( ...luckily these folks WORK w/ U to hold off non-Urgent (but of course are still identified on your chart as watch items)... OVERALL 5-stars!!! Yes!!! Yes! and Yes!!

As a young child I had to go to the dentist frequently. I develop dentist phobia as a child and a adult. I started going to Fenton family Dental a few years back. I always had the fear and nervousness when showing up at the dentist. However, now I look forward going to the dentist. Fenton family dentist is so caring and professional that I no longer have dentist phobia, but a beautiful smile.

The reason why I love Fenton family dentist, its because of their customer service. Dr. Singh always seem to find the right match. From Ashley at the front desk to Tye the hygienist, the financial department to the girls that check you out. My experience there has always been an excellent one. It seems that Fenton strives for excellence and the way I see it, they got it down pat...
