I moved to the DC area about two years ago and initially had trouble finding a regular dentist. I had a great relationship with my previous dentist (in Ohio) but struggled to find somebody who met that standard here. The first practice I went to was very disorganized when it came setting appointments and the second dentist was not courteous at all and left my mouth in pain for days after the visit. A friend recommended Dr. Roth to me and I am very glad she did. The scheduling was a breeze. Dr. Roth was very patient in explaining everything to me and very gentle with everything he did. And he was cheaper than the other two places I went! I will be seeing him for all future dental work and would recommend him to anybody.

I hate going to the dentist. I am deathly afraid of every possible thing that can be wrong in my mouth every time I sit down in that chair. But Dr. Roth put me at ease almost instantly. He noticed how nervous I was and explained in detail the procedure he was going to complete without even having me sit in the chair first. He answered all of my questions, even the stupid ones, with calmness and sincerity. Not to mention he got me out of pain quickly, was fairly priced, and easy to schedule an appointment with. His practice is also very clean, organized, and hes clearly been doing this for years. It was not as terrifying an experience as it usually is. Im definitely going back to Dr. Roth for my next appointment.

Dr. Roth was able to keep me calm throughout my procedure without the use of the ever-popular "sedation techniques" that cost an arm and a leg and are unusually risky. I felt no pain, as promised, while being completely aware of what was going on. I felt like I was in control, and that is very important to those of us scared of our annual visit to the dentist. His office was clean, his staff professional (and funny!), and his prices very competitive. I recommend him 100 times out of 100.

I recently needed a root canal. I went to Dr. Roth. There was very little pain during the procedure, and he did a great job explaining everything that was going to happen. Usually I am terrified of the dentist, but this was as unstressful as going to the dentist can be. His staff was courteous and helpful with scheduling and payment.

Was in town for a business meeting, had an emergency situation, Dr. Roth was able to fit me in and fix the problem quickly while limiting the pain and discomfort. Im lucky I saw the "Family Dentist" sign on the side of the road!

Great service!!! Gentle, hardly no pain extracting wisdom tooth. Excellent, but a lil expensive
