I have had it with this place! Ive given them multiple chances to get it right, but their billing practices are intolerable. I have always paid in cash yet I continue to get bills after each and every service. As a provider in my insurance network I expect them to know the prices of services so that I can make sure my account is paid in full before I leave. If you like long waits and shady billing practices then this place is for you. The last straw was when I had 3 cavities filled on February 6, 2013. I noticed that within 48 hours I had started biting my cheek when eating (I did NOT have this problem before getting the fillings). I contacted the center and was given appointment to come in on February 12, 2013. Turns out the Doctor had to make an adjustment. 2 weeks later I received a bill for what Dental One is calling an emergency service. HELLO….clearly, this would not have been an emergency had the fillings been done correctly in the first place! How can I possibly be charged an emergency occurrence for something that resulted from previous treatment I received from Dental One? This makes no sense. Again, this is just the straw that broke the camel’s back. I will no longer support this center. Its a shame as I really like the cleanliness of the facility and the Doctor.

I have gone to this office for several years. I had a tuff and expensive experience going through them to have my wisdom teeth pulled. They explained to me that the procedure would utilize all my benefits for that year. I got the procedure done in Feb of 2016, therefore I waited until the next year to go back to the dentist. When I called today to make an appointment I was told that I would have to come in as new patient! WHY WOULD I EVER BE A NEW PATIENT! This is the only dentist office I have visited for the last five years or longer! I also found out on this call that my consultations with the oral surgeon were billed as emergency visits! WHY?? There is definitely some shady business going on at the dentist office in the billing department. They will never see me again!

Man Ive been going to this place since I was child and Ive been with them before the moved to this upscale office. The people remember you, the DAs are as sweet as sugar, and the doctors are always nice, on time and always wanting to ask me question to see if I have any of my own. Although Im an adult now and pay for it all myself I wouldnt trade coming here for any other dental one or any Other dentists office period. The only thing that kills me is their current locatiok is right beside a chipotle and subway and directly across from a busy chick fil a. So just eat and brush Before you come here, otherwise you will hate that you didnt eat before you came and have to wait a whole hour before you do.

My Doctor and his assistance make sure everything is Okay and if it s not okay they have a way of making you fill better before you leave. Everybody is not professional. Maybe some people need training in different area. To pull together what they specialize in and what they need more training in. Some people do not know how to deal w/people. But if I had to rate my Doctor and his assistance I would give them two a five star. Thanks for the work that you do and being nice to me.

First of all I would like to put out there how extremely TERRIFIED I was of the dentist! Words can not describe how I feel right now (currently leaving Dental One Associates in Capital Heights, MD) my dentist Dr. Okoro was THE BEST dentist I EVER had in my life! Lets start with the numbing needles(didnt feel a thing), I was warned about pressure after the numbing set in(guess what, didnt feel that either)! At the end of the extraction I didnt even realize my tooth was out

Dr. Wilson is the best dentist ever. I hate going to the dentist but he makes it a pain-free pleasant experience. I recently had a root canal and the experience wasnt nearly bad as I imagined thanks to Dr. Wilson. Ms. Linnie is great as well, always has a great conversation and pleasant to be around. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. The facility is very clean and they have free Wi-Fi.

I was not happy with my experience at Steeple Chase. I went in for cleaning. They took x-rays and evaluated my teeth, which took several hours. I was told to wait for the dentist to return from lunch in a hour to receive my cleaning. After waiting for two hours he had not returned and I needed to leave for work. I was there for several hours and did not receive the service I can for.

Dr. Wilson, Linne, and the assisting team at the Capitol Heights location were the best. I had several needles for my procedure and felt nothing. I am a 60+ retiree and have had extensive dental work done since I was age 10. The team was warm and explained everything so I would know what to expect. Bravo to a job well done!

Very pleased with my visit. Ive been stuck with these medal things on my teeth from previously having braces and the glue for over 10 years. Even though it was costly I finally gotten them removed and feel and lookb like a new person

Dr. O is amazing! 6 fill ins! No pain! She even gave me extra medicine to numb me when I did feel a teensy bit of pain! Love her! Everybody in here is pretty nice! Especially Alisha shes a sweetheart!
