This dentist was the dentist I bragged to all my friends about when I first went to his office ten years ago. Great staff Maria is top of the line and a professional at her job. However, three years or so back I started having pain in a couple of teeth around the gum line. (Williams) sorry cant call him doctor ever again, assured me there was no problem and gave me antibiotics and took X-rays. This pain persisted so after a year And a half I went to an orthodontist who again took X-rays but this time the results were drastically different. The teeth I complained about had cavities that were down to the root and easily detectable except by Williams. To that point I had paid for a bridge which had a cavity to the root that willams even with the aide of X-rays couldnt or didnt see or maybe he didnt how to read the X-rays. The orthodontist advised me that there was no reason for my teeth to be like that given my regular office visits and the cosmetic dental work in the form of bridges Williams had done. When I called Williams back all he said was I understand. He never offered to repair the mistakes reimburse me or anything. I went to dr Bullard in ft Washington and now after three extractions and removal of a defective bridge Im on my way back to good dental health. Go here and you lose your teeth Dr Williams and his staff may have great smiles but he WILL LEAVE YOU TOOTHLESS.

I am one of those people who is SCARED of being worked on by dentists. Dr. Williams and his staff ALWAYS make me feel more comfortable. It is hard for me to relax but even when Im freaking out they are patient, calm and so nice to me. I dont want to go anywhere else for treatment.

Best Dental Staff Ever! Ive never felt so comfortable in a dentists office, until I came to Dr. Williams office. His staff is extra friendly and the environment was very welcoming. I also loved the Decor.
