This company should be called Dr. Cox and Clerical errors. Their staff is completely incompetent and refuses to accept it. They are incapable of performing the most basic task that any company needs in order for it to run. "How much does it cost?" Dont ask them because they dont have the slightest idea. Every time I went to them I was told that I paid for the procedure but sure enough several months later I would receive a bill in the mail with no explanation saying that I still owed money. Not just some but hundreds. " I know what you may be thinking "Insurance companies do seem to screw up sometimes" but for most of my experience I paid out of pocket! I paid out of pocket for an oral surgery in preparation for a bridge, I was told that I owed a certain amount. I paid for half up front but when I came in for the procedure was told she forgot to add something to the bill so it would be $400+ more. I was pissed but paid it. Then 3+ months later I get a bill in the mail saying that there was an attempt on my insurance, come to find out the receptionist claimed that yet again there was 400+ needed to rectify a bill that should have been paid months ago (Keep in mind this procedure was out of pocket)! She blatantly tried to steal! I cussed her out and she let it go. If your looking forward to going to a dentist, paying for the procedure and never knowing if you actually paid then I you deserve this company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS LITERALLY!!! YOU CANNOT TRUST A WORD THEY TELL YOU!

First off the best dentist here dr Cox retired so that left Dr Greenstein in charge and that is no good. In my opinion he is all about your money always trying to tell you, you need the most expensive treatments then when you agree he does not even do them right. He did 2 crowns on me one of which fell out a couple weeks later and he tried to charge me agian to put it back in. The other he put in knowing it was not going to work which led to me getting a infection in my gums and losing my tooth. I would definitely recommend someone else. Do not go here.....

I had my 6 month check-up with Dr. Servais about a month ago and it was nothing short of perfect. Since moving to D.C., Ive been to 3 different dentists in an effort to find one that I was comfortable with. Dr. Servais cleaning was very thorough, her attention to detail was spot-on, and most importantly, she made sure that it was all handled with absolute care. I would highly recommend Dr. Servais!

Dr. Greenstein is absolutely phenomenal! I respect him for taking pride in his craft and being thorough. Also, his staff matches his excellence; which made both of my visits comfortable and easy! Thank you in advance for the wonderful service I know I will receive on my next visit!
