The lady who works there is amazing. So this has nothing to do with her. This is on Quest. They leave her solo to run the show. The second time I visited, the computers were down. We had to wait well over an hour as things were backed up as a result. Since shes solo, she cant even call tech support until she shuts down for lunch as it will leave people waiting even longer. When my daughter went back to get her blood drawn, she was having problems as my daughter was a bit dehydrated. She tried twice and told us to come back later, after waiting over an hour! I cant blame her, she didnt have time as there was a room full of others waiting. Quest, get her some help, this is ridiculous! It also reflects poorly on Quest as being a cheap ass company.

I have never had an issue with this place, if you hate waiting make an appt. Otherwise I usually do not wait too long at all. But people should have reasonable expectations that they will need to wait... you dont walk into the DMV and expect immediate service do you? That being said I didnt wait at all this morning and the longest I have had to wait was 20 mins. The lady who works there seems to be the only one there ever. She is the sweetest lady I have met and very good at what she does. That place runs smoothly for her being the only one there.

Im giving this location two stars because the actual phlebotomist was great and very friendly. However, when I went to pay, I was told I would only be charged $20.25.... come to find out two weeks later than I was charged $90. I know this has to do with a multitude of factors, but its really disappointing when I find out I have to pay an extra $70. I have called this location more than 6 times and left numerous voicemails to try and get this situation figured out but not once has anyone ever tried to reach back out to me for courtesy.

One day they take my insurance and then the next day they dont. And then they do and then dont. It is completely irritating that you check with them as well as online and they do in fact take your insurance I made the appointment with them only to be turned away after fasting the entire day. Poor customer service!
