Let me tell you about this place. The first warning should be that they have to place "guidance" on the front desk about how to file a grievance. So you have a mental illness? A little anxious or something? Well good luck because these people that work at the front desk have exactly zero compassion or customer service. All of the people that work the front desk are very aloof and pretty flippant. Did you miss an appointment because despite your frequent attempts to call the office they still mark you as absent? That will be $100. Oh yeah the phone at the office frequently goes out. So if you try to call to cancel an appointment (even after leaving about 3 messages) they wont honor it. When you try to tell them about it they say in a totally snarky way "well you could have sent an email". News flash sweetheart I have tried to contact you via email and nobody responds. I cant tell if they have taken on too many patients or if they just suck at multitasking. They treat you like total garbage at this office. Please please do not go here. Also the doctors spend exactly 5 minutes with you and to be totally frank they really arent good with this type of work. Find a place with a nice staff that actually cares about you. These people are honestly just unprofessional and might make you feel worse just because its stressful to even go there.

I went to medpsych for help and stability all dr macidiya would do was keep wanting to take me off me meds...with all the progress Ive had..I felt I needed a second opinion. With me mentioning that he abruptly told me I would have a month of my meds and be discharged...he only gave me three weeks...all over .50mg of alprazolam 3times a day...good luck receiving any help from here...I never asked for more meds just wanted to stay stable...all he wants to do is take from you ...no matter the detriment to your mental health.!!!

Well as of todaybi have not been there for atleast 3 month and they still trying to charge my insurance witch with my insurance makes it impossible for me to seek help else where. They are horrible people and all they care about is getting your money. The person I saw was stuck on putting me in a substance abuse care when I dont even have a substance problem heck I may drink like 3 times a year. Avoid this place at all cost even of it means driving 20 miles out your way
