Called twice to cancel an appointment and had no answer so I left TWO voice mails. I later received a "no show" bill for $50. I tried calling atleast 4 times to explain I had actually cancelled but nobody ever answers. Twice, no one answered and the other two I was told the office manager would contact me, which hasnt happened. Will be contacting my insurance company to see how I can get this straightened out. Oh and I showed up one morning for an appointment, the office was locked up. The receptionist "had to run to Staples."
