I WOULD LEAVE ZERO IF POSSIBLE!!! THIS PLACE IS INCOMPETENT AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO ANYONE. MY HUSBAND WENT IN FOR A DOT PHYSICAL AND PASSED EVERYTHING EXCEPT HIS BLOOD PRESSURE. THE DOCTOR GAVE MY HUSBAND A 90 DAY TEMPORARY MEDICAL CARD AND TOLD HIM TO KEEP COMING IN TO CHECK BLOOD PRESSURE. METHOD OF THE NURSES TAKING HIS BLOOD PRESSURE WAS NOT STANDARD OF CARE. THEY HAVE HIM PLACE HIS ARM UP ABOVE HIS HEART ON THE BASKET OF B/P CART EVERY TIME THEY TAKE IT. AS HIS BLOOD PRESSURE IS NORMAL AT OUR PCP WHEN TAKEN THE CORRECT WAY. WHEN TRYING TO ASK REASON OF METHOD OF B/P THEY GAVE NO EXPLANATION AND ATTITUDE. HE FINALLY HAD A NORMAL READING AND THE NURSE SAID THE DR WAS RUNNING HOUR AND HALF BEHIND SO HE COULD COME BACK NEXT DAY AND PICK UP 12 MONTH DOT CARD. WHEN HE ARRIVED NEXT DAY THE NURSE AT THE FRONT DESK ADVISED HIM HE MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE THE ENTIRE PHYSICAL AGAIN. KEEP IN MIND HE HAS BEEN THERE AT LEAST 20 TIMES JUST CHECKING B/P. NO ONE, EVEN DR WHEN HE GAVE HIM 90 DAY TEMPORARY CARD TOLD HIM THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO REDO THE ENTIRE PHYSICAL. NURSE STATED SHE WOULD ASK DR AND CALL MY HUSBAND WITH ANSWER. NO ONE CALLED SO MY HUSBAND WENT BACK INTO OFFICE AND WAITED IN WAITING AREA FOR OVER 2 HOURS TO GET DR ANSWER. AT 6:00 CLOSING TIME THEY CAME TO THE FRONT TO TELL MY HUSBAND THAT THE DR TOOK HIS CHART AND LEFT OUT THE BACK DOOR. HIPPA VIOLATION YOU CAN NOT TAKE ANY CHARTS OUT OF THE BUILDING. MY HUSBAND LEFT WITH NO ANSWERS. WE WENT BACK INTO OFFICE NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE WHOLE NEW PHYSICAL AND THEY SAID HE NEEDED MORE PAPERWORK, WHICH THEY HAD FROM 1ST VISIT. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE 12 MONTH DOT CARD 3 WEEKS LATER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL FACILITY TO ANYONE. WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE MY PET THERE.

I got injured at work on 1/30/17 and my employer told me to go to concentra what a mistake I went in with a shoulder,lower back,left knee,head and stomach injury I went back and a ms Willis was my doctor no compassion what so ever looked at the back of my head pressed on my stomach a little bit basically poked a little bit at the areas of concern and then came to the conclusion that my back my shoulder and my knee were sprained no x-rays or nothing and ordered me to start physical therapy that same day now Im not a doctor but usually the first thing you would do is an x-ray or cat scan or mri something to look beneath the skin but I did what was asked by the way excruciating pain in the knee shoulder and back a lot of pain to knee feels the worst though so almost three weeks go by in which now Im seeing Dr dawson who is much better but still not liking this outfit he orders an mri of the knee finally and x-ray on back still no test on shoulder and now my belly button is sticking out from hernia but the mri shows torn meniscus and sprained ligaments in knee shoulder has gotten worse back still in pain and belly button still protruding out its been a month now I go back Friday I feel like Im still in the same situation I was in when I walked through the door on 1/30 more stuff to list but do not go to this facility for anything Im looking into Malpractice suit already I have to live with these injuries for the rest of my life and it seems nothing is being done somebody has to be held accountable the one star is for the front desk help they are friendly and helpful doctors are terrible

I visited this location back in December, because I was going out of town, needed my routine prescriptions refilled, but didnt want to wait to be seen by my PCP. Although it is now fixed, previously the website erroneously stated that it was open from 8pm-5am, so I drove out to the location in Chesterfield that I had used 2 and a half years ago (they had over billed me and I got a check in the mail for $25), to be told that location no longer accepted my insurance. Made the trip back to this location to be told that I was looking at an hour and 45 minute wait. Went out for 45 minutes, and when I returned I was told that I lost my spot, and would have to wait until my name was up again. Finally got my scripts, paid my copay, and went on my way. Fast forward 4 months, and I get a bill in the mail saying that I owe them even more $. The lovely customer service representative in the billing department was rude, condescending and arrogant and claimed that I needed to take the matter up with my insurance company, and that they werent at fault for the additional money above my copay. After her laughing at me and refusing to admit that she does indeed handle customer service matters, and my insistence to talk to her manager, the representative discovered that, as I had suggested 15 minutes prior, they had misfiled the claim. It seems no one picked up on the notion that a PCP referral wasnt required for an urgent care visit (imagine that), and the claim had been submitted wrong. Im done with Concentra, because it seems that incompetence abounds at this company, and the patients pay the price.

ITS SO DIRTY!!! I thought I was going to get hepatitis or worse... Smells like there toilet had over flowed. And that was just the facility, it took 2 hours to just get vitals done and another 53 minutes to see the "Doctor". The doctor seems like a drug dealer, and Im not talking about prescription drugs. The doctor was fidgety and chewed his nails, like he had just done a line or a bump of coke before we got back there.The staff as a whole seemed unqualified to be in the medical field in general. The front office ladies are extremely rude and spoke in slang and slurred most of their words. This place needs to be shut down! If not for the horrible conditions they keep the facility in but for all the hipa violations.

This place is literally the WORST, its nothing but scammers ripping off your money. I went in there and was not offered physical paperwork, all my health history was done over a text survey. After a long wait, I was finally admitted in, and met with the "doctor". At the end of my long appointment, he said I had passed my tests, except for one eye. Apparently one of my eyes passed the test and my other eye didnt? So what, am I driving with only one eye to see? I asked to redo the eye test (just reading the lines on a sheet) without pushing on my eye; his response was that I was to see an optician and THEN I can come back and pay to take another physical test.

Called about my daughters physical and was told insurance would cover it but when i got there was told they misinformed me. Then after waiting 1 hour was told i needed to pay for a TB testing also because she couldnt get the physical without it, to i had to come back another day cause it was getting to late. After all that i was told TB test was not needed by the college and all the Dr had to do was read and they would have known that...so frustrating and i paid for a test that was not even needed and now i have to return because tbe correct paper werent signed by the Dr...friendly staff but they need to get it together over there
