Worst experience ever. The nurse practitioner was condescending, uncaring, and worst of all, completely wrong about my condition. After being sick and missing work for three days (sick for a week steady already), I went here and waited an hour and a half. After seeing the check-in person/nurse assistant/cashier, the nurse practitioner comes in resolute to not give me antibiotics. I have a fever, Im missing work, my whole body aches, my ears are stopped up, and I cant breathe. She declares that "this is viral, you just have to wait 7-10 days, if it turns into a secondary infection then come back and see me again." Im like, wait , instead of you giving me antiobiotics in case it gets worse, you want me to suffer for another week or two and then COME BACK a second time? She then proceeds into the typical spiel about how antiobiotics are overprescribed, etc. I explain to her that Im willing to wait a week but that I dont have time to make a second visit. She says coldly, "Im not giving you antibiotics" like Im some drug addict begging for oxycontin. So I leave, struggle my way through work for another week and a half, taking more days off, and finally go to another urgent care clinic. Guess what? I HAD PNEUMONIA IN BOTH LUNGS!!! You know, pneumonia, the disease that is deadly if not treated? After researching it, I found that penumonia doesnt just "pop up" , it wouldve been underway at the time I first was seen. They should revoke her license for incompetence, and send her to sensitivity training for her horrible bed-side manner. Try the urgent care clinic across the street, they were wonderful.

I will never go back there again. Forcing test that are not needed. This wait and see what happens is crap. Let me bring my kid back in two days when she has an infection. Nurse Practitioner Sonja Wills is nasty, condescending and rude. I called corporate and asked for a refund. When a child has a 101 fever an infection is starting and something is wrong. Update- my daughter had double ear infection and her eardrum popped. Corporation called me on 3/30 almost a month after my daughter was seen. Probably to make sure the claim was paid by the insurance company. Same thing condescending, rude and telling me I need to explain the symptoms of the flu. I called and asked to speak to the directors boss. This is not about the money anymore. Its about treating people with respect. Listening to their experience and trying to resolve the issue about what happened. Dont go there its a ripoff. Ive been a medical biller for years. The want to run test on you to make more money and the want you to get sicker so you have to come back and pay again. Im not joking. I will let you know what happens with the directors boss.

This is a great place to go for you simple needs. I needed an antibiotic and tried to get in on a Friday to see my doctor and no one in the office could see me until Monday afternoon. High sickness period. Went to the little clinic and signed in. Had to wait till everyone returned from lunch. Very heavy day for them also but they dont turn you away. Great service when I got in. I think this is the place will be using form now on when Im sick. Thanks Little Clinic for being there.

Ive had good experiences in the past with them. But today I tired their online registration. It stated the current wait time was 58 minuets. My aprox time they gave me was 10:18 and to arrive 10 mins prior. I arrived and my name was #1 on the list. Yet 2 people go back before me and I sat waiting to get into a room until 10:58. Literally the same wait time that Id of had if I came in and registered. Really frustrating.

went for a sore throat and they did a couple tests and said it was nothing and not to worry. couple days later it got worse and went to my family doctor. It was strep and since it got alot worse Im now on heavy antibiotics and missing work. they cant prescribe medication because they are not doctors
