Went in also on a Friday to get a check up? Waited a hour before finally someone came our. She said it would be about a hour again? She was going to Lunch and it was mandatory and my health isnt? Terrible customer service and they could care less!

Customer service is terrible here (this was on a Friday from 4:15 to 7:00). Waited for 2 hrs before they called my wife in, only two people ahead of us, and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before someone actually checked in on her.

Every time I have been here the service has been horrible. The nurse and receptionist just seem to be in the room chatting and not trying to see patients. Definitely not the experience I have had at other clinics.
