Does not honor hours of operation. Showed up at 7:10pm on a Friday night (earliest I could, after taking my son to his doctor with a 102° fever). I had simple symptoms of sinus/chest infection and a sore throat. Been using salt water gargle/dayquil/mucinex for a week with no progress, so I just want a prescription for antibiotics, thats all. Gal at the desk says while they do take my insurance, they not seeing anymore customers, come back tomorrow. Yeah right. Why is she sitting at the desk if theyre wrapping up 45 minutes early? I will never go there again, or anyone in my family. First time there and you cant bother to see me? There will be no 2nd time.

I cannot express how wonderful the Little Clinic in Amelia is. They are caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. They call to make sure you are doing better. Dina & Jackie are the best at what they do. They were born to care for the sick and that is exactly what they do best. Thank you for them and your clinic for providing us such wonderful care.

Very rude staff and wait times are always over an hour. Went on a Sunday around 3:30 pm. When I got to the desk they told me she could put my name on the waiting list but their were no guarantees that I would get seen. This place is terrible, completely understaffed. Hopefully they get it together.

Very friendly, me and my son went in together and the doctor was very nice to both of us. Only waited 20 minutes before being seen, never been here before but I recommend anyone to this clinic.

Walk in easy sign in friendly receptionist took my info. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes. APRN was knowledgable professional and friendly.
