This is probably the worst dentist I have ever been to. First, the visit was an hour long for a cleaning. This is because there are no dental hygienists like a normal facility. Second, the dentist banged around my teeth with his metal instruments and stretched my mouth to painful contortions. The dentist spent way too much time cleaning my front teeth so now they are sensitive to hot and cold. The fluoride treatment is near barbaric as the treatment is not applied with dental instruments but rather the finger. I am not squeamish with dentists or dental visits and I have had pretty bad dentists (as I was in the Army years ago) but this place takes the cake. They also schedule your next appointment without asking you when is a good time for you. The assistant just handed me a card and said this is when my time was. All other dentists I have gone to have said "What works for you the week of the Xth" They used cold water while cleaning the teeth instead of the appropriate pastes, I am guessing because this is cheaper to put their patients through pain rather than spend a few bucks to make them comfortable. If you are wondering why this place has good reviews, well the first review on here that says he is a patient is actually the dentist! I dont know how he cleans his own teeth (its not as easy as cutting ones own hair) so I am guessing they needed something to get people in. I will never go to this dentist again. If it comes down to it I will drive to Fresno for a proper dentist before subjecting myself to this again.

As someone who has always hated going to the dentist since he was young, Dr. Feras and his staff have actually made a trip to the dentist a "pleasant" experience for me. He, as well as his whole staff, always make sure that Im am treated as "gently" as possible, and I have come to really appreciate the patience he takes with me as one of his patients. Likewise, he is not "pushy" and though he recommends treatments he feels I need, he always lets me decide when I should do it, and doesnt pressure me to schedule appointments. Moreover, I know everyone at Icon Dental cares for me as a person and wants me to have the best dental treatment possible; thus, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a great dentist and staff.

The staff is nice enough, but I was not happy about their billing process. After a procedure I paid in full (for what my insurance wouldnt cover) and a few months after my appointment I received a bill. Turns out they didnt check with my insurance regarding what was covered, and I was stuck paying almost $100 dollars (not including what I paid at the time of visit). I attempted to resolve the issue and maybe have a percentage taken off. They refused to work with me other than creating a Payment Plan. Thanks Icon Dental, Ill be taking my business and recommendations elsewhere. I wouldnt be surprised if I receive another ridiculous bill.

ICON Dental has a very pleasant staff. Dr. Feras is very gentle. He and his staff are interested in making smiles beautiful. There usually isnt a wait. He has all the newest equipment to get your teeth looking better faster. I had a lot of trouble with my teeth. I grind them at night. After Dr. Feras replaced my upper teeth with implants, posts, and crowns, two of my roots cracked. I had to have them pulled out. Then I got an infection around those missing teeth and had to have another one pulled. Dr. Feras made me a partial with new teeth to fit in those gaps. He spent time making my teeth look just the way I like them.

Absolutely pleased with Dr. Feras and his staff. My girlfriend let her teeth go over the past few years and they needed extensive work. His team put a lot of time in to it and now my babys smile is absolutely beautiful again and we couldnt be happier. I was so pleased that now hes MY dentist. The equipment is all digital and top of the line. One of the first things he did was to show me an x-ray of a broken file that was left in my tooth during a botched root canal done by my previous dentist. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have been going to Icon Dental for about 2yrs now glad I made the switch. Dr. is awesome and shows he cares for his patience as he will explain in detail procedures and not rush you out like other dentists. I have had very bad experiences in the past but can say Im here to stay. The staff is very courteous and experienced. Its unfortunate some people dont agree. Im sure if they would just give them another chance they would agree he is a good professional dental office.

This is the best dentist and staff i ever met, I am in treatment right now and i will be done pretty soon, since of course he does a outstanding job! I was just so afraid of dentist before and at my first visit he seem to understand me right away he was kind, gentle and really patient!! I just dont know how to say the thank you you really deserve but all i can say is i will never change of dentist hopefully that is a enough big thank you :-) Cindy Bridges

Boy oh boy, I sure dont understand any of the negative reviews. I had the exact opposite experience. Dr Faris and crew are some of the the most caring people I have encountered in the field of dentistry and over my 66 years and lots of moves I have had quite a few dentists, good and really bad but Dr Faris is in the top ten percent. I dont think he could have cared for his own mother any better than he did for me. I am lucky to have found him I think.

I have been going to icon Dental for over 8 years and they have been great. I was petrified of the dentist my entire life and since I have been going here I fell completely relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Rezk and his wonderful staff have been overly accommodating of my fears. Last year I moved away to the coast and still travel to Visalia for my check ups. Great job guys. Highly recommended.

Dr. Feras is great. From being an athlete all my life, I had a few broken teeth and decay in my mouth when I started seeing him about 2 years ago. He helped me develop a plan to take action and get healthy and it feels great to have a nice smile again! Liza and the rest of the staff are the best and truly care about helping you. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Havent been to the dentist in 20 years due to my childhood fear of the dentist. I was referred to Icon Dental after a filling fell out. Dr. Feras and his staff are so nice. Ive had two root canals & a few cavities fixed with virtually no pain since then. I feel at ease every time I go in for a check up. Im so grateful Icon Dental eliminated my fear of the dentist!
