Look. I dont even leave reviews but... This Dentist? Freckin uh-ma-zing. Not only did they let me know costs of stuff (which were low) they did this astonishing new thing called "listen". I know youre thinking "Wait, what? They listened to you??" YEP! Blew my mind too! Not to mention, everybody was nice, like... EVERYBODY! And I interacted with about 6 people while I was there. I was kinda confused as its 8am on a Saturday in the winter, how are you this nice, this early?? And thats not even the good part. I woke up this morning (a Saturday at 8am) feeling like Satan himself decided to move into my tooth and have a house party while blasting Fetty Wap. I jump on "The Google", called these guys up and alerted them of my new tooth tenant. They told me to come in 30mins, got there, I couldnt even finish my paperwork before they were in my mouth see what the deal was. Told them I dont usually get numb, they changed up some stuff for me and... I, felt, nothing. Not even the needle to numb me. I swear, a tear of joy started to come down my face. 30mins later and I can use the left side of my mouth again. Seriously, I can go on and on on about how awesome this experience was, but I need food now... BTW: screw those short reviews, I needed to paint yall a picture, hope this helps!

I have been going to this dentist office since I was 4 years old. Literally my first visit notes were that they counted my teeth and I was really unhappy until they let me play with the waterpik. This is a terrific dentist office though, I cant relate to some people who really hate going to the dentist because I have never had a bad experience through Dr. Pinkney/Dr. Greenbaum/Dr. MacFarlands office. They schedule conveniently and confirm or reschedule conveniently too by sending text messages and emails to remind you. Ive had braces done next door, Ive been referred to oral surgeons for removal of wisdom teeth and (unfortunately) a root canal. I say all this because these dentists have never recommended a procedure without caution. Thats why I like them so much. They are really conservative with what they advise is best for you, Ive never had them push me toward something I dont think was absolutely necessary. They monitor and give you all the options for all your teeth related needs. Also, as I have found out more recently as I pay for my own dental insurance, they are very upfront about pricing and what will be required before you agree to any procedure. I really appreciate that now.

I absolutely love this dentist office! Everyone is nice, happy, polite, and knowledgeable. They have the best judge of character because they hire the best people there. My kids and I love coming here. I have never been to a dental office that makes me feel so comfortable. I have a terrible anxiety and they ease my fears everytime. I had 7 cavities filled here and they took care of me and my teeth are now cavity free and I keep them that way. My 5 year old had 3 cavities filled without medication. They were gentle with her and she was happy and pain free afterwards. I am so happy I found them and am very sad that since Im moving out of state I wont be able to see them. If I could I would take them with me. You will not be sorry you came to this office. They are the best around. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I just had my first vist with Pinkney, Greenbaum, MacFarland & Timptner. Everything about the experience was pleasant, efficient and professional. Candy, did a thorough charting of my dental profile, took xrays and did a very good cleaning. She explained what she was doing and why. She told me of services the practice offers. Dr. MacFarland is an experienced dentist and I felt I was in capable hands. He reviewed the xrays with me and explained some options. There was never pressure to go forward with dental work and I felt fully informed of choices that I could make for care. Fees are fair and discussed up front so a patient may make informed decisions. I am very happy with the care I received and I will be making this practice my permanent dental office.

As a chronic "No, you cant make me" "Is it normal for this to hurt for a week" "Do you prescribe anti-anxiety medications" type of a dental patient I have to say my experience with a routine cleaning and minor bonding procedure was stellar. Pam made sure I was comfortable every step of the way -stopping regularly throughout the cleaning to explain in great detail the why/what/how behind what she was doing. Dr. Al-Hadidi was a delightful breath of fresh air -When did Dentist become so personable? Autumn, the lovely young lady who assisted Dr. Al-Hadidi during my bonding procedure seemed to have a sixth sense in regards to what was needed seemingly a half second before it was requested. I look forward to my next visit in April.

I have been with Dr. Pinkney, Greenbaum & MacFarland since 1998 and I thought they were the best I have ever had since I came to US. And when I first got Dr. Timpner to work on my dental problems awhile ago, I was very happy that another great dentist joined the team. Even better that she brought nice, warm, feminine touch to the place. Not only the dentists in the office are great and skillful and their hygienists are trying their every effort to perfecting and beautifying your teeth carefully, but also the front desk staff are friendly and helpful; which is especially important for me since I often forget things and they keep me on top of my schedule. I feel so lucky that I found them after many years of searching.

Last name is now Colburn ;) but, I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I received the BEST service today. I cant believe how friendly & welcoming everyone was. Dr Wilkins was fabulous & very informative and his assistant was just as amazing. I really felt like I was a part of their family. Dr Wilkins even called me several hours after my extract to check on me. I have never had that happen before. Im seriously in total shock:) if you are looking for a great place to go...:this would be the place. Not to mention EVERYONE was nice...not just them 2 I mean everyone I came into contact with. I literally just cant explain it....:you have to go check it out for yourself! ;)

I have submitted many very favorable reviews on this excellent Dental Practice and the people that make up this fine place. Linda is my hygentist and I look forward to seeing her twice per year, due to her excellent skills and personality that puts me at ease. The Dentist are top notch, you cannot go wrong with any of them. I will miss Dr. Pinkney as he was my primary Dentist for 15 years, but, the other Dentist have proven their skill is at the highest level as well. Gemma heads up an excellent office staff as well. She is truly knowledgeable and professional, the staff is always there to help the customer in a kind way. Mike Moyer

I love this dentist office. Ive been coming here since I was a kid and they continue to do a fantastic job keeping my teeth healthy. The hygienists and dentists are all very friendly and efficient, and I almost never have to wait long if I show up on time for my appointment. They seem to always have updated technology and really get to know me personally. Nothing bad to say after 30 years as a patient. I feel great trusting my dental health to this office. One word of caution - they can be hard to schedule on short notice, because they are so popular! Plan ahead and make an appointment early.
