We were patients for 10 years with Ramesh but had not seen her for past 1 ½ years because of pre-planning pregnancy and post pregnancy. We had a 911 situation few weeks ago and paramedics came and checked it out and said the situation is now stabilized and going to ER is our choice and recommended that we go see our primary physician and get it checked out ASAP. And in a panic mode we drove up with still 911 on our mind to go to ER or see our Primary Physician. When we rushed to Dr. Ramesh, we were confronted in front desk for 30 minutes because we did not have a pre-appointment and because we did not have a physical insurance card. After wasting lot of time and kept saying they canâ t accept the printed copy of insurance card on our iPhone, nor will they not call United Health Care to confirm our insurance. They insisted that we have to pay in cash to see the doctor, for which we agreed in a blink of an eye. But then they said since we donâ t have appointment, we have to wait for another hour to be seen. (Yes for a 911 emergency) The front desk main in- charge person is the one who was being unprofessional, unethical and very unfriendly and not at all being ready to hear us but acted like she was more interested in the money on their hand upfront. I do not know what happened to our beloved Dr. Ramesh in the past 18 months. But whatever it is, it is not good. We always thought, she is a Doctor in Need. But today the money was her clinics priority and it stood in front of our relation. For Godâ s sake, they know for sure how far a $100.00 consultation fee they collect would take them. But for us, the doctor failed. The people in front desk should know that they are there working because of the doctor and not the other way round. If the Doctor herself was a part of not helping the one in need from her own community, I pity the way she has turned around. I am so sorry to say you let us down doctor you proved that you are not the Doctor in Need. Just saying what everyone already know that $$$ does not bring happiness, the people who are being helped does. I donâ t think I would recommend this facility to anyone anytime. Sorry.

Called them several times last year 2016 for physicals appointment - they say we dont do physicals for new patients, take one appointment prior to that then I can get you in for physicals. This is rediculous!!!! Why does anyone take appointment and pay with out being sick!! Tried calling this place again in 2017 ( just because I heard from our cousin Vaani Ramesh is a good doctor) several times for an appointment but front desk people never bother to call back!!! They suck!! They are purely commercial do not care for patients and believe in serving the community!!!

Dr Ramesh and her entire staff are the best of the best. Professional, kind, carding, knowledgeable, empathetic, and sympathetic. They are a truly fantastic practice. Its so difficult these days to find a doctor of her caliber. I have recommended many friends to her who feel exactly the same way. G-D bless dr Ramesh and her staff and thank you for all the wonderful care that I have been receiving

I never have to wait long. She asks lots of questions, She is very thorough and has a wonderful bedside manor. I never have problems with insurance and I like her staff. I drive 15 miles out of my way to see Ramesh because I like her better than MD that is close to my house. I can highly recomend this Doc.

Not sure how the doctor is, but the front desk is obnoxious. They want to call insurance even before the patient visits the office. Who in the world charges the insurance company before the appointment?
