Just had a very unpleasant visit at this office. Alan at the front desk is always wonderful. But Isabel was very rude and talked to me like I was stupid for trying to use some "insurance" Ive paid 250$ for, for it to turn out to not even be insurance. I guess I got scammed but anytime Ive paid cash or card in the full amount they have all been super nice but because I pulled out a discount card everyone got super hostile and rude with me. I left very unhappy. They were acting as if they were the ones that lost something. Im the one who lost 250$ to a scam and now I have to pay the full amount in cash on top and having them be rude to me on top of it was uncool. I hope to have a better visit next time....

Dr. Daly and his entire office staff is so wonderful! The office is simple and warmly accepting. Its nothing fancy...just down-to-earth healthcare. You need care...and they are there to provide it (and also give you some love). On my first visit, I was amazed by how much time Dr. Daly spent just getting to know who I am. I never had a doctor actually take time to ask me about my friends, my job, house and lesiure activities. I felt like a human...not just a patient! I am so lucky that I found this doctor. I have recommended him to several of my friends (both guys and gurls, gay and straight) and everyone loves him.

They need to get someone else to answer their phones. Please hold, and a click, and then some hip hop type music, and then I think she said "can I help you?. I thought, wow, when I got off the phone. Not professional at all. Someone with a servant attitude with the correct tone of voice. I was looking for a new doctor cause my PA Jennifer is now at this office is what I heard. You may be busier because Dr. Vasquez change his practice, but youre not getting any good word of mouth from me if this is how your clinic is run.

At first maybe I thought the reviews may have been fake but they werent at all. Everyone was so kind and welcoming with me being transgender. Dr. Daly was really sweet, he didnt make me do anything I didnt feel comfortable doing which I absolutely adored. I did my blood work, and Im terrified of needles!!! But the blood work nurse was amazing and I rarely felt a thing. I highly HIGHLY recommend this to any trans women that want to start hormones.

Yesterday was my first visit, i transfered because my PA, Jennifer, went there. LOVE LOVE LOVE her. I have to say that in all my previous visits to a Doctors office this is BY FAR the FRIENDLIEST......ALAN IS WONDERFUL along with the rest of his staff. Thank you all for being so warm and friendly.

Dr Daly is thorough, knowledgable, and attentive. He caught a warning sign that several other doctors had missed leading to a cancer diagnosis. My oncologist told me that Dr Daly had called on his own time to inquire about my case. You cant do better.
