That was horrible and unhelpful. I dont think its worth the risk. The therapists need to be able to look past there own biases and opinions to help people. Repeatedly stating "everyone is entitled to their opinion" when Im talking about being triggered and feeling hopeless is inappropriate. She was incredibly invalidating.
