I wish there was a negative star to give. Went right when they opened. I was having a allergic reaction to bug bites and I was in pain and swelling up quickly. Very rude front desk told me it would be 90 minute wait. When I asked if I could see someone sooner because of the pain, she called some guy over who told me that I would be fine and it definitely wasnt mosquito bites. Nobody believed me and seemed totally put out by helping me. If the goal of your business is not to be bothered, I will help you out. I will never be back nor will anyone else I relay this story to. By the way, the place I ended up going said it was good I came in right away as I was having a severe allergic reaction. Now that I have found a urgent care that actually cares and does not feel put out by patient well being, I will be fine.

I went to this Concentra Urgent Care to get my Hep A booster shot. After checking in with the front desk I sat in the waiting room and watched people come in after me, sign in, and get taken in before me. After about an hour I decided that they forgot about me and checked in with the front desk to make sure. I was asked why I was there and was assured someone would be with me shortly. There were no explanations for my wait. A moment after that a nurse came for me and brought me to a room without saying a single word. I asked her a few questions which she did not answer. I did not feel well about the person sticking me with a needle or the way I was treated. There was a clear absence of humanism from this health care provider.

After taking 45 minutes just to enter my information in the computer with one person telling the other to tab over, hit enter, etc.. I was seen for all of about 5min and sent home with a prescription. They did not even offer a diagnosis. (Sinus infection or similar, I think) Total time spent was just under 2 hours. In the end they also almost kept my drivers license and healthcare card because they couldnt figure out how to scan them into the system. I had to ask for them back on my way out.

This place is teribble. The staff really needs an attitude makeover. One girl was super sweet when i got there then SO rude when i left. They need to learn to not take their stress out on patients. Also, dont make an appointment. Theres no point. Youll still wait an hour (at minimum). I only came here because i had to for work. Otherwise ANY other urgent care is better. Hate this place.

My husband had to go to get a health screening for his immigration papers. We saw a lot of people in front of us and also a lot of people behind us. We got through really quick because we had an appointment. But other people seemed to be sitting forever and there didnt seem to be any rhyme or reason as to who went first. Cant complain, cause again, we got in and out quickly.

I just waited 2 fracking hours for a "nurse" to put some xray results in a damn envelope. This place sucks..... Lets be honest the only reason this place exists is because employers need someone to do their piss tests. 2 hrs no apology nothing. What do they care right. I dont suppose anyone from Concentra is even going to read this. Screw you Concentra.

Changing my 5 starts to 1 star, it used to be good place when Josh was there but ever since he left its EXTREMELY hard to work with them it takes couple of days to receive 1 page fax from them after calling several times!!! Great place, short wait staff is very friendly especially Josh, he knows everybody by their name and treats people excellently.

My fiancé was advised by his company to go to this facility for a broken finger. Not only did we wait 3 hours to be seen by someone, they didnt even treat him. They told him he had to come back later in the week and they could "maybe" help him in a timely manner. This is the worst urgent care facility I have ever been to. I would not recommend.

Made an appointment made sure it was the extended one I needed for work. Get there sit around for and hour before I get called back. Do my drug test then sit in another room for 45 mins before they came in to tell me Id have to come back tomorrow because they are to busy to do my test.

similar circumstances as the others; waited for 2 hours or so for a regular company drug test which take 5 minutes. People behind the counter have no idea how to run their software and actually had my company tell them how to enter our information into their database.

Originally went to Concentra Urgent Care and was rudely told there would be a 2 hour wait although there were only 3 people in waiting area. Ended up at Our Urgent Care 5 mins later and was seen in a speedy matter. Dont waste your time I recommend OUR URGENT CARE .

This is my second injury in 3 years and each time the y treated and put me through a physical therapy regiment that got me healthy and back to work!!!! The Staff from the Front desk to the physical therapy team in the back was Awesome !!! #UpLiftedMeWheniWasDown

I wanted for 2 hours before anyone would see me. They had a guy jump the line because he had a pack of peas on his elbow and a girl who arrived 30 after me for a drug routeen drug test also got to butt the line. I would never come back here.

Like all of these places Im sure they have their good and bad days. I went today for a DOT physical and the place had a lot of people in the door. I was treated great and moved through the process rather quickly.

The people at the front desk didnt seem very competent. The doctor was very brief and rather unpleasant. You might be better off just waiting to see your regular doctor instead than coming here.

Worst concentra they will have you waiting for hours knowing you have to use bathroom for a drug screening and have been holding sense the morning smfh fire everybody that work here... RESET!!!

Ive check in for a dot physical at 9:30 am. 10/17/16 And here is 2:35 pm and Im still waiting to get seen if i didnt need my dot physical i would have left 4hrs ago

Bring your phone charger!! This place is slow and will always be. DOT physical took 2 1/2hrs and thats fast compared to my last one I needed done.

waited an hour to be seen. I had a 10:00 am appointment for a pretty employment drug screening. lab Corp is far better.

I dont think that urine drug test should take more than 20 minutes of wait time with just a few people in the lobby.
