First and last time I take my dog there. Everything was fine until we were inside for the vet to express my dogs anal glands. My dog was screaming from the pain. And quickly after that the vet got up and left without telling us anything else. Any other questions I had I asked the vet tech. I asked if they could cut his nails. They cut him too far and made him bleed. The vet tech left the room so we couldnt see what she was doing and I heard my dog screaming from the other side. Eventually they brought him to me. And I noticed there was dried up blood on the vet techs fingers and on my dogs paw. Not once did they say anything about it. They acted like nothing happened. Then when it was time to pay. They were charging me for things they had done for another dog and not mine. Not only that but when we confronted the vet tech they said and I quote "we put spray on him to stop the bleeding hoping you guys wouldnt notice" We are NEVER going back there. It is really unprofessional to be shady about cutting my dog and making him bleed but above all not tell us what happened and to hide it from us. The vet was also rushed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I do not recommend this place.

Ive been going to Blue Cross Dog and Cat Hospital since 1982. I feel like family every time my cat and I visit. Dr. Sova and his staff are very professional and friendly. All my cats have been going regularly for check-ups, grooming and teeth cleaning. They always treat my cat with compassion and do a wonderful job. When my cat is sick, I trust Dr. Sovas diagnosis and treatment plan. When people ask me who is my cats vet, I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Sova and staff go above and beyond to provide the best care for my three german shepherds. The office is clean, well run, easy to find with ample parking. Dr. Sova Sr. and his son, Dr. Sova Jr. have been treated my dogs for six years, and we couldt be happier. From basic shots and yearly exams, to sick visits, to diagnosing a serious issue that they caught early on and cured with the upmost professionalism.

I took my dog here and the Dr told me he saw nothing wrong.. Months later after taking my dog to petco, Im just finding out my dog had an ear infection. After calling the dr noted he had an ear infection!!!!! And I was never told!! Now they are trying to charge me an extra office visit! Why wasnt this all addressed during my first visit??? I do not recommend this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My family has been bringing their dogs here for many years even before I was born. We brought my dog when I was a kid, then our dog when I was in my twenties, now my wife and I bring our dog here. Dr. Sova and Dr. Sova Sr. are very knowledgeable and caring. We will continue to bring our dog here and recommend to our friends. Thank you for the great service!

Doctor Paul Sova and his son, also Doctor Sova, are two of the finest veterinarians you will find anywhere. They cared for my dachshund for years, and helped keep her healthy for her very long, long life, 17 years. They have taken fine care of my cats too. Great staff, very good facilities. And reasonable fees. My kids and I really appreciate them.

Ive been coming her for several years and love it! The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and make me feel very welcome and comfortable. Both doctors are great and take excellent care of the animals, and are good with the humans too! I live about 20 minutes away and it is worth the drive. I highly recommend this veterinarian hospital.

Dad and son operation. They provide excellent care for my cats years ago and now for my chocolate lab. The techs are great and the office staff at reception are super friendly. Very accommodating for appointments. Prices cant be beat and they dont give a hard upsell on anything you dont really need. Highly recommended.
