Nice Doctors and employees. I brought my cat in because he had difficulty urinating. They did extensive testing which was all inconclusive. Then they suggested surgery for several thousand more dollars. A second vet resolved the issue for under $600 with a catheter, hospital stay, and a diet plan. RVH didnt even mention a catheter as an option which really pissed me off and made me feel like I was taken advantage of.

1 star service at 5 star price. Vet and staff are sweet, but dont expect solid service. Vet literally sees your pet for less than 5 minutes and clearly doesnt review the file before seeing him. I mean seriously, please dont ask me if my dog is on any medication, shouldnt you know this after 6 years? Admin staff incompetent. Expect to wait an hour for your appointment

I was amazed when I entered the facility. Spotlessly clean and odor free. Staff was attentive....Doctor was very informative, compassionate answered all my questions. I am very happy I found this terrific facility for my pets.
