Ive been going to this clinic for two years now and even after we moved 20 miles away, we still keep going back. The amount of attention and help they pay to each patient is incredible. In response to the people previously who complained about wait times and having to be referred to other clinics for specific medical conditions I think it is a lack of understanding on your part. First, if you book an appointment and show up a few minutes early, they generally see you within 10-15 minutes. This is run of the mill with doctors offices. If it goes longer, it is usually due to an emergency with another patient and they are very apologetic. Ive only ever had that happen twice and it still wasnt too terribly long. Again, this has happened at every clinic or hospital Ive ever been to. Second, in response to having to visit other clinics for more thorough examinations... this is a family medicine clinic, not a hospital. They are your point A to get you pointed in the right direction if it is something more than a basic cold or patch up job. If you want an all in one shop, go to a hospital and wait all day to be seen.

An amazing doctor. I have seen quite a few and usually they are in a hurry to get rid of you without getting to the root cause of the problem. I got sick and things got very complicated for me very fast. Most of the health issues were not related at all and to make it worse i had an accident. He slowly untangled all the issues and we dealt with it one after the other. It took almost a year but I am so glad i found him because he didnt push pills down my throat just did all the checks and balances he needed to do. I also traveled out of the country and he made sure i had all the right shots and medications to protect me. He even took the trouble to research about the country i was travelling to. He is a great family doctor. I would definitely recommend him. Yes, there is a little bit of a wait but i wouldnt blame him for that. He sees a lot of patients and its a tough job.

An excellent and knowledgeable physician, Dr Khumalo has been my PCP since I moved to AZ back in April. He is kind, courteous, honest, and assertive when he needs to be. I appreciate all of these qualities in a doctor! His staff is equally amicable. I could not be happier with my referral to see Dr Khumalo, I have even referred my wife. Glad to have followed the reviews and tried out Desert Palm Family Health. I encourage anyone to give the clinic a shot (no pun intended).

Extremely poor customer service over the phone and in person with the receptionist short and rude responses I was told the wrong information and when I show up and speak what I was told I sound like Im speaking another language because I was misinformed I was also diagnosised with the wrong medical health concern and apologized to later Save the trouble when dealing with these girls they laugh snicker and act so unprofessional

i agree 100 percent with what the previous person has said. everytime I go I have to wait for an extended period Of time. they can never find out the issue or diagnose me there they typically refer me to another clinic and when I do get results back I have to wait for an hour sitting around just to get the results to be told everything was okay. I would not recommend this place

Dr. Khumalo and his staff are amazing! Whether I am seen through the family practice or have an after business hours concern and am seen at the Oasis Urgent Care - I am treated well. The staff and providers take time listening to my concerns and making me feel comfortable! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a great family doctor.

Dr. Khumalo does a great job for me and my family. Hes very nice and compassionate and listens well. Theyve always billed my insurance correctly and even though I have a super high deductible, their fees are very affordable. His diagnoses have been correct and his treatments appropriate. Its a beautiful, peaceful office and I highly recommend them.

Worst doctors office Ive ever been to. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Horrible wait times and the doctor doesnt know a thing I dont know how Dr. Khumalo passed his boards I know more about medicine than he does. Horrible experience all together. Not to mention the staff was rude. Will never return.
