Dr. Gupta is an extremely caring and attentive physician. I have been a resident of Gilbert for over 10 years and my experience with doctors has been very disappointing. Most of them rush you through the appointment and try to put you on meds that only fix your symptoms temporarily. Not Dr. Gupta. At my first visit she listened to all my concerns patiently. In my case Im going through a reather complex issue since my symptoms could be caused by a number of things. So, the one question that she asked that no other doctor ever asked before was what do you feel instinctively is wrong with you?. I really appreciated that question because most doctors just do not listen. A lot of times we as the patience already have a gut feeling of whats going on. And while that may not always be the correct answer, I appreciate her taking it into consideration. If you are looking for a doctor that will not treat you like a number but recognize you as a human being in need of help, Dr. Gupta is your answer.

I was only treated at this clinic for a short time. Ive said let me give them a try do to the fact Ive been in so many doctors office for the past year ..I have Chronic Acid Refluex .. till this day no one has even treated me correctly for it .. All I wanted was a Refill On my Prescription that I was running out and today I walk in and was Handed a note stating they discharge me from there office due to I was rude to the front office. Yeah ok dont sit there and lie when u dont even know what u doing mind u I had to explain it clean for them to even understand me .. I was in chronic pain and all I wanted was my refill in which I never got and Im rude cause of that ..NO I DONT THINK IS FAIR BUT ITS OK I QUESS WILL HAVE TO LOOK FOR A NEW PROVODED AND I WILL NO WORRIES I DONT NEED THERE SERVICE

Dr. Sunita Gupta MD. provides the highest medical care for her patients. Dr.Gupta is extremely thorough in that she will review with you your health history before making any care choices; performs a complete pain evaluation exam (touch feel), will personally follow up with you to evaluate the progress of your condition, and is adamant that she is available for you day or night(24x7) on her personal phone. Additionally, every one in the office makes you feel comfortable, communicate with you to greatest and As a born in Arizona native, never have I experienced the highest level of personal care and concern as that provided by Dr. Gupta.

Do not go here. They do not keep track of payments made. I had paid my copay in cash in person and am being told they never received payment and have no record of me ever doing so. DO NOT come here. I wont be returning or bringing my business back to this location ever again. I was informed because I didnt ask for a copy of a receipt this is my responsibility, but it is not their responsibility to keep track of these payments?? WARNING DO NOT GO HERE OR KEEP TRACK OF ANY PAYMENTS YOU MAKE WITH THEM KEEP ALL RECEIPTS AND ALWAYS ASK FOR ONE. SHADY LOCATION

i was not a fan of my doc I saw. She seemed very fake and acted like what I was saying didnt mater and the whole time she had a fake smile that was very condescending. On top of that, it was a total waste of time. She basically said she couldnt help me. Didnt give me any answers or recommendations. Just said she didnt know and to go see a specialist and the lab. Went in for abdominal pain. The ED suggested that I go see my primary and she still couldnt even give me any answers even with CT and ultrasound scans in her hand. I will never go back.

Dr. Gopta is one of the best doctor we have in Gilbert, she is so kind and very friendly, she save my live and I get top treatment and get back to work, she always call her self and ask about her patient health to make sure her patient taking care off, her husban Mrs. Gupta also very nice and friendly, he is very kind and best supporter for the clinic, they are the great family and I have 100% confidence on their treatment, the clinic is very clean and all the personal are so kind. Dr Gupta is a caring , wonderful person and a great doctor. My Husband and I were looking for a doctor who did not see their practice as a small business but as our doctor and Dr Gupta is the one. She allow us to call her at anytime and is willing to see us at the last minute. She is not a prescription writer and listens to your complaints about your health.
