I have been going here for several years with satisfactory service but the service has been getting worse and worse! I had to remind the NP three times what I was there for when she kept forgetting to check my ear. They are not up to date on the latest guidelines for pap smears. They did not respond when my pharmacy had an issue with a prescription. Their billing errors ended up costing me $350 because my insurance would not cover lab tests. They made a coding error on some lab work back in January and it has taken me until this month to get them to do something about it, although it still isnt fixed. I called their billing department and she agreed there was an error and she would take care of it. Nothing happened so I called again. She again said she would take care of it but nothing happened. After 10 more calls and several months I spoke to the office manager. He really irritated me because he said that the billing department was really going above and beyond for me and that they shouldnt really even be helping me because it wasnt their problem. I finally convinced him to send in the doctors notes to the lab/insurance, but only after two more calls from me did he actually follow through. In the meantime my insurance wont pay because they put codes for newborn screening tests for my 40+ year old husbands tests amongst other things. I will not go here again!

Rude at best. I had Low T blood test...did the NP/PA bother telling me I might need or benefit from testosterone replacement therapy? No. Not a peep. And the supervising physician whom I never met but who gets paid by my insurance is the supervising doctor at Ageless Mens Health and his own employees do not bother to help their patients. I am more my own doctor when I go here and I interpret my results and prescribe my own meds....I just say "thats what my previous doc had me on" not that they would know because no matter how many times I ask them to get my previous records they just smile and say they will. They tried charging me $25 no-show fee when the week before my no-show I drove 13 miles to their office only to be greeted with a note that said the office was closed. No call, nothing. Another time I was late due to a flat tire and they tried rescheduling me...I was a lousy 20 minutes late....every time I have been there I wait 45 minutes or more.... the front office phone operator lady is RUDE...the NP/PA is passive aggressive male type and offers NOTHING in the terms of feedback. Doctors have become billing machines/systems...no true doctoring at all.

I have been a patient of Dr Onofrei for 16 years. He has always been awesome. He is up to date on new things & always works with me & my multiple health issues. He tells me of new things before I even bring up what Ive read. Today I had a steroid injection in my hip/upper leg area. I have had these in the past with him. Today they now have ultrasound guided to help with injection. It was great. They are able to see the tissue & the problem allowing for more precise treatment. Not many places offer that. That is usually seen in pain clinics etc. So he is using more technology to assist in the relief if pain & treatment. This was the easiest injection Ive had. I never felt a thing. So if you are having issues,know that he is using this technique to help. Hes always ahead of things & that means you get the most current treatment. Thank you Dr Onofrei & staff.

Dr. Ashley Johnson is a true professional at what she does! She also doesnt stop until she finds out your diagnosis and treats it with the best possible way! As family medicine and sports medicine, is the best Medical facility to go too! Ill recommend this place to everyone, until my last day!

I love this doctors place especially my doctor joanie shes amazing an she really knows how to cheer you up ..she really understands what you are going through she not like most doctors that try to get you in an out she will stay an talk to you about anything shes absolutely amazing
