All staff was friendly. It was a great visit... Until I actually met with Dr. Bell. He took most of our time on issues that my family doctor could take care of, which he mentioned. Several times he said, "this has nothing to do with your heart, but..." And continued to lecture me on some of my medications. After our visit, we stepped outside the room in front of the nurses station, dr. Bell asked rather loudly, if I had ever had any pregnancies. Then asked if there was any chance that I was currently pregnant. When I responded with no, theres no way I could be, he asked me if I was sure. He was rude and unprofessional. Before I saw dr bell, I saw other websites rated him a 3 out of 5 and wondered why. After visiting with him, Im not entirely sure how he got any ratings past a one.

The only bright spot in my appointment was the front desk ladies and the tech! They were so helpful and friendly! They were very skilled, and smart. Dr.Bell was incredibly condescending, felt as if he had zero compassion for what Ive been going through. Laughed when I mentioned a diagnosis thatd Id been given from a rheumatologist. Arrogant, snide, and zero compassion. He walked in the room and was immediately rude. As far as common courtesy and human decency.. He has zero. His bio that says he "Cares about people and wants to get to know them" couldnt be a bigger lie. Wont ever go back to him!!

Do not see this Dr.... AWFUL bedside manner. I went to shake his hand when he entered the room and he chuckled and said "must be new.." even though I wasnt.. lol. The girls at the front desk at ironwood are super nice, friendly and helpful.. including who I believe to be the MA/nurse who sees you prior to the doctor. This guy would be completely lost without his laptop either, probably misdiagnosis people daily without it. This was at the Ironwood offices. Highly HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
