Awful, awful office staff. Had to have vaccinations and blood drawn to check for titers for school. Explained that I had lost my immunization records to the doctor on the first visit, and had to get vaccinated all over again. Dr said fine, gave me my first Hep B shot in January. Came back in March for second shot and to have blood drawn to show immunity. AFTER he gave me the shot, he says "oh I have a record of your immunizations. I can pull them from the state medical records". Gave me shots I didnt need and billed me for them anyways. Also, when I had my labs done, they kept sending the bill to my father and wouldnt let him confirm what the bills were for since the birthdays didnt match. I thought I had paid the lab bill because it seemed like it was included on a previous statement. Here we are in September and they were just about to send the bills to collection because I didnt pay. THIS OFFICE IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH HEALTHCARE. STAY AWAY.

If you are a relatively healthy adult looking to get annual check-ups. DO NOT go here or see this Dr. He could not care less about keeping you healthy and answering questions to simple lab results. Instead he will have an incompetent assistant call you and read WRONG results. Next year you will go back and NOTHING has been recorded properly. He will make you wait minimum 1 hour in room for him while he chats to secretaries about his personal life. How do I know this? You can hear everything from the exam room where you are just waiting...and waiting.. Just all around POOR attention. POOR service. Im going on three weeks...STILL DONT SEE my basic annual lab results. As in the immortal words of Donald Trump...YOURE FIRED!

Love, love, love Dr. Chamberlain! He is the most caring, thorough doctor I have ever seen! He goes out of his way and above and beyond to help his patients out! I have also had my daughter see Dr. Carter who is very caring and stayed after hours to treat my daughter. This is a great office!!!
