Im certain that not every single person will be pleased with every single pain management medical clinic that they go to. However, as a patient with a 40+ years of dealing with severe arthritis, Ive dealt with enough medical staffs to know which ones are good and which ones are just going through the motions. Understand that each of us is human and as such we can and will make mistakes but having compassion and caring about a person and their overall well being is not mandatory but rather a gift. The people at TPCA are quality individuals and while they might not care about your favorite color or gain a deep personal relationship with you......they do care. They care enough to give you their very best; all the way down from the Doctor, to the PA and the front and back office staff. My personal experiences with the Doctor and the PA have been nothing short of awesome. They take good care of me and yes they might get a little busy at times (especially when the snow birds arrive) but I am now into my 6th month of treatment and I have zero complaints. If you go online and use the patient portal, you can even do your required visitation paperwork ahead of time, thus saving a large amount of time. Listen, if all you want is drugs and you dont want to have surgeries or other things that might help you get better - try going somewhere else. If you want a professional staff with genuine interest in helping you get better, then make the call and schedule your appointment. You will be happy with the results. Jerry

Do NOT GO HERE DO NOT REFER PATIENTS HERE.. The Dr is not of intelligent make up. He delayed my entire process including refilling my medication because he forgot i already had an MRI & stated i was ignoring his MRI referrals. Also, he changed his mind on every single issue we discussed the first appointment. I was also told that if i do not participate in his injections & abasions then i could no longer be a patient there. And the rating system is crap. You get 0 stars lucky for you i had to enter1. Honestly feel like suing this Dr. OWNERSHIP Im ready for your response. Ive already called LM & no one has called me back so i guess ownership is bs too. Dont go here! I promise the are worse than i even portrayed

I Waited over 45 minutes for a doctor (Dr. Fox) that never came. I understand doctors are busy with other patients, but to not even acknowledge my presence is unacceptable. In a professional world 30 minutes late is a no show. When I informed the desk agent I had waited 45 minutes and was leaving, she said "thanks for coming in." They may be great at pain management, unfortunately I wouldnt know. Zero Foxs were given.

I got referred to this place by my doctors and to be honest this place is not that great they will have you sitting waiting for like 15-20 minutes just to say come back in a couple of week when we have everything together but at the Sametime they dont Help You With Any Pain more like suggestions on how to deal with it. YOULL ARE NO HELP

Love this place. I have Dr. Narrian. He is very understanding and willing to help and genuinely cares for his patients. I have my back injections tomorrow in Tempe. Hes very professional and helps put me at ease, especially when I get the injections. He offered to let me be put under so I wouldnt freak out. :)

Im worried after reviewing everyone comments Im scared to even give this doctor a try.. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis on my spine. Im always in pain no matter what time of a day it is.. Im really hoping to get my meds for this pain

Staff talks among themseves about patients, but they speak lound elongated the my husband could here them. Not professional and not HIPPA compliment. There is a very high turn over with the doctors too.

Insurance lapsed doctor refused to see me without 162.00 up front payment, didnt care about my pain or the fact that I had run out of meds.
