After having gone to their facility it was recommended that I go to a specialist who deals with care to conus as well as contact lenses. The person they set me up with after waiting a month and a half for the appointment canceled one day before. This is not their fault but at the same time I was told that they did not take my insurance. After calling back Smith Delaney I was told I would have to find my own doctor that they would not do that for me. Which to me is very odd as when somebody makes a reference for you to go see another doctor for something specific usually the primary care physician provide you with that recommendation. The office manager agreed but never called me back to give me the information. Four months later I am finally getting somebody to talk to me and told that I cannot get A copy of my eye exam so I might be able to get glasses in the interim. I was told that I must pay $45 for my prescription which according to the insurance company is completely false. I really truly feel this place is too big for their britches and just farms people through and makes as much money as I can. That they do not care about their patients as a smaller practice would. Pass them by and see someone else!

I was not happy with my last visit, I thought It was a waste of my time. I paid $190 for the same thing I knew that my stigmatism was bad and could not be fixed, but I was under the assumption they could improve it a little bit from what was said. So I paid for nothing. For my glaucoma, I had stints put in and now my pressure is worst than before I had them put in. I would like to know how you will resolve these issues. I wanted the cataracts surgery to be for being able to see close like before when I could read fine print. Now I cant read anything close I am not a happy camper. The only thing different now is I can see farther than before which is opposite of what we had discussed. I told them I wanted the same vision abilities that I came in with but now it is reversed.

Not sure about giving even a 1 star. Have been trying to get a correct prescription for glasses since summer of 2016. Saw Dr. Lamb first and totally unprofessional in his bedside manner. Even a couple of his staff agreed. I asked to see another doctor of which I waited another couple months to get into. He then referred me to a surgery specialist in their office . I waited another 3 months to get into this doctor and today I went to the office only to have the nurse tell me I should not have been sent there. Paid my co-pay and was told when I checked out that girl was too busy to refund then and she would call me. Never happened. Avoid this place its like a cattle call operation and no one seems to know what they are doing..

Went to BDPEC for cataract surgery following chemo and radiation therapy from brain cancer that left me nearly blind. The day following each surgery, each eye was better than I could ever remember my vision being. It was like my vision when I was a kid! So clear and bright I thought they had found a process that actually made my sight better than it EVER was! This Veteran hails a hardy salute to all the doctors and staff of BDPEC, and especially Dr Fintelmann and his team. Thank you all for the gift of sight!

Yes, had one or two rude or grumpy types in the mix. I think people often confuse busy, frustrated maybe, and "strictly business like" as rude and uncaring. Granted some could perk it up a bit with a smile or two, but who knows what happened before you got there? I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Perkins who I thought was great. Eye #1 is going great. Eye #2 next week. Color color color! Wow! Would highly recommend.

My husband and I both had cataract surgery. We both are able to see clearly then we ever had in the past. Dr. Perkins is wonderful! He knows his stuff and he makes you feel like you have known him all your life! My husband and I fully recommend "Barnet, Dalany, Perkins Eye Center" to those who need to see better! The staff at BDPEC was very professional. Dr. Sipperley is a very confident surgeon who made me feel at ease prior to my surgery. The surgery was a success as well and Im recommending Dr. Sipperley and BDPEC to everyone that has a smiliar issue to mine. I came all the way from Michigan because I heard how good Dr. Sipperley is and I decided to trust him with my eye.

Dr. Lamb was a HUGE jerk. He was arrogant and very rude. His sharpness of voice/speaking to you and manners were terrible. He literally made my mother cry. I will not take her back there. The facility itself is a bit rundown and in need of a good cleaning/remodel. The only positive thing I have to say is the eye tech was very good. Overall a horrible experience.

Great experience! Busy yet friendly. All types of vision service with both opthalmologist and optometry services. Plenty of technicians available. Modern facility across the street from Sprouts Market. Wifi available.

I just had Lasik done by Barnet, Dulaney Perkins Eye Center. They exceeded my expectations. Dr. Perkins made me feel right at home and the next day I had 20/15 vision. I would highly recommend this firm.
